I love how, if you compare the this with the Eric tas, John is slower for most of the game but catches up by killing bosses quicker during stage 6

I wouldn't say the best Castlevania ever but I do like the character designs of Castlevania bloodlines

Ya'll realize this is a TAS right? It is in the title? If anyone doesn't: TAS (Tool-Assisted Speedrun) is a speedrun using a program/computer to play the game in a frame-perfect sense, removing any human error (reaction times, simultaneous/super rapid movement button presses) and removing any RNG (randomness) that the game may have. A better game to demo what I just said would be either the TAS of Castlevania Dawn of Sorrow or Aria of Sorrow, as you can see the insanity going on.

Several times it looks like he clearly gets hit. I'm not calling cheats on that, but it is very suspicious. But I am calling no hazard cheats. This is where stage hazards don't hurt you. There is no way to jump through an entire stage without getting hurt. I know, because I've used that trick, and it always takes away 3 pegs of life. So yeah, this is def not a legit run.

Do you know what a TAS is? It means tool-assisted speedrun, it is a speedrun done by a computer to be frame-perfect, rng-perfect, effectively removing human error. The only stage hazard I would say should have hit him were the saws with two spaces in them, but then you have to understand that they programmed those saws, (the devs, not the TASer) to only have I believe four actually active damaging pixels.

***** That makes sense, I get what you're saying.

I'd say the saw blade hit detection failure looked pretty similar to how you can screw up level 9 in Battletoads.

So this is not a real run? Jus computer created? No human

Paul Nope! Human action is required to make these TASes. All the computer really does is give you the tools needed to make this possible.
