I don’t understand how she’s been a social media manager “professionally”. The issue was constantly the SAME thing; her not updating things for days, weeks or months at a time! That’s part of your job as a SMM... & if you don’t have the motivation to come up with stuff as it comes up on a day to day basis for a business, then you sit down with the owner, create a game plan & create a monthly content calendar. It’s not difficult. 30 days worth of content, you can put that together within a day. Some businesses even plan out their content MONTHS in advance, on a quarterly basis.

At any other workplace Shannon would’ve been fired in a second. Her attitude does not work and is so unattractive.

I love when you don't realize that every good show needs its villain. That's why we need Shannon, and then when the hero, Kristin, puts her back in her place, she'll apologize to the nice girl and they'll make up by the end of this season.
Next season will show Brittainy and Kristin fighting, Shannon doing some treason and everything.

I have tried to like this show. And I probably could, if the show focused on the talent, work ethic, drive, hard work and brains it takes to create a design business. But the immature crap spouted by fry-speaking young women, LIKE, putting up with, LIKE, a bully-think-I'm-better-than-you-attitude-because LIKE I'm entitled and don't care about anyone or anything else LIKE culture has been done and exhausted by the K family. Sets a very bad example. I'm out. Not worth my time that I've wasted on watching this far. I don't like the manipulation of the villain-hero-drama-mean girls-good girls-bored husband/boyfriend storyline.
