    Thanks for your videos, love your content. Any chance you could make one about what to do first cardio or weights. also when to eat and what before or after cardio and before or after weights?

    I would love it if someone would give me a realistic balance of carbs to include in my diet while training. Giving up carbs forever isn't realistic.

      Indeed giving up carbs is only necessary if you want to focus on fat-loss. For maintenance around 30%-40% of your calories can be carbs.
