I'm so glad I didn't return my G Pro X Superlight to get this, that QC guarantee from Logitech was worth the extra money. Knowing they have reliable wireless technology and sensor performance.
I was waiting for this mouse for ages but just ended up with a terrible launch and quality control issues. I RMA my first superlight with logitech and they were no problems at all. I'm glad I didn't go for the MM731 in the end even though it looked a good one.
I was excited for this mouse because of the bluetooth and 2.4Ghz mode that would make working from home not require two mice for each computer. I was hoping for a top wireless mouse as well and a mouse that I could use for work. I eventually got tired of waiting for stock and just decided to go with a zowie ZA11-B. Got a paracord and skates for it, but not a fan of the shape. I used the MM710 in the past and really liked that rear hump style shape, but have realized that I mainly fingertip/claw grip. Probably just going to wait for the starlight-12 phantom and hopefully get a medium. Bought a small retail starlight-12 hades before, but I couldn't use it since it was too small. Pretty much made twice retail on selling it though, so I can justify the price on the new starlight lol.

Hello Toni, we actually have the firmware update released. The mouse is technically not even released yet in US and EU so it's kinda jumping the gun a bit.
What ergonomic mouse do you recommend for palm grip? I was looking at the mm730 and the roccat kone pro wired version, im a g502 user and like that shape, but its time for a change.
Kone pro is probably the most premium palm grip ergo. Model d wireless coming soon, pulsar xlite wireless is good if u want lightweight and dont mind holes, but it seems a bit far from what ur used to.
Ok, If it isn't fixed I'm getting the Xlite Wireless. Also, If you don't care about the wireless, get the MM730. It has a 3389, it's ok. Otherwise Sadge
Nice video. my copy has solid shell and solid clicking feeling. But did you say your copy switch would click automatically when you drop it? My copy would auto click when it is released just above 3cm( not 3m, which is totally unacceptable.) Also i could feel some bizarre accuracy issue when gaming, compared with my previous 3389. But no delay at all. What a pity for cooler.
Yeah I ordered it early because it's the only mouse that has all the features I want coming from a deathadder V2 pro (optical switches, bluetooth, no holes, sub 60 grams, software for configuring stuff, etc). I LOVE how the mouse feels and stuff, the scroll wheel is heavier but I actually much prefer it (and mines not loose at all I think there's something wrong with yours), but yeah it's not being used until they fix the latency. I still have the box and stuff and I ordered from amazon, if the latency isn't fixed by like the 15th of october it's going back and I guess I'll stay with my DAV2 pro. Other mice like the xlite, model d wireless, and the OOX are missing far too many features from my DAV2 pro for me to even consider them. Besides that, your unit has A LOT more issues then mine. I can't get slam clicks no matter how hard I try, mine has absolutely no creaking or squeaking, the side buttons have a bit of post travel but nothing insane, etc.
Try pulsar xlite wireless, i swapped from da v2 pro as well, sold it after i bought the xlite wireless. Its really similar except a lot lighter, I thought the holes would bother me alot but it didnt, if you really cant get used to the holes just buy the grip tape with mouse when ordering.
@@Wanted54321 Is their weight balance equally awful, or is it more noticeable when the mouse is lifted off the carpet? As I understand it, it does not bother you at all, but I am interested in their difference.
@@воображала MM731 is like, nose dive back heavy, xlite wireless is much better, some say a little front heavy. But the thing is they are both sub 60g mouse, you will notice very little weight balance issue on it.
@@воображала eh, for DA i dont really remember and I cant confirm now as I've already sold it, but the weight of DA vs xlite wireless or MM731 is definitely very noticeable so I guess uneven weight distribution of DA would be much more noticeable too.
Do you know if the wireless version feels lighter or heavier than the wired version? It has 10g more weight but it doesn't have the cable weight drag. I wrist aim but not sure if that will matter
Wireless has a terrible weight balance, as shown in the video, so this is a big compromise, since the cable for the cooler master on wired mice is very, very good and is unlikely to interfere significantly, especially with the cable holder. I think you should try the wired version and evaluate the cable, otherwise you will have to try the wireless one with its weight balance, because everything is always individual. Otherwise you should look at other wireless mice with a good weight balance I think.
is the mercury like a hien clone, or is it considerably faster/slower? i need to decide between it and the venus. i play 30cm but i still want stopping power for clicking.
If you're ever going for a artisan mousepad I'd say you should get the otsu because on the hien you get slow spots on your pad and the x, y, axis difference aren't the same on the hien but the otsu does have the same x, y, axis difference but if you're playing more tac fps games I'd suggest an artisan zero!
Cooler Master has good mouse designs but some of the worst QC I've seen. I've had 3 different models from them that all either creak or developed mushy buttons.
Hi boardzy! I want you to try the "pinoy version of the aqua control+ and artisan hien its called the alpha project eve mousepad" the surface is verygood too and rubber backing is sticky too the durability is also reliable but the most interesting part is its price for a 900mm mousepad microwoven its like 1,200php or 23$ only
Hello flaxion, that is actually incorrect. We did a lot of testers with people on mousereview. And we made changes based on their suggestions. The MM730 actually sounds like a way better mouse. It's a shell without any holes, yet still weighs 48 grams? I'm guessing it couldn't be that good either, considering Cooler Master's track record of making mice with fatal flaws.
@@ej9806 it’s not I’ve tried those mice you just get extremely jittery aim below 35 grams, I don’t get the obsession with ultralight mice, I used a g402 for 2 years before I used a g pro wireless and my sim didn’t change when I went to a modded 60 gram orochi v2 and my aim still didn’t change, I just really like the shape of the orochi other than that it didn’t change much
The mm730 wired version is no better. It doesn't glide. And I mean it doesn't glide, literally. The shape is uncomfortably small. I would rather the mouse be bigger with holes to make up for any weight increase.

@@воображала eh, for DA i dont really remember and I cant confirm now as I've already sold it, but the weight of DA vs xlite wireless or MM731 is definitely very noticeable so I guess uneven weight distribution of DA would be much more noticeable too.
I just want a version of the 720 with switches that are worth a fuck.
where the keycaps at???
I see that ninjusto origin one x white edition 👀

@@boof5766 hmm
xm1 wireless or mz1 wireless ez
I knew this would happen, I foresaw this!
If you're ever going for a artisan mousepad I'd say you should get the otsu because on the hien you get slow spots on your pad and the x, y, axis difference aren't the same on the hien but the otsu does have the same x, y, axis difference but if you're playing more tac fps games I'd suggest an artisan zero!
absolutely based
Cooler master following the Glorious tradition I see
Feel like that's the first time boardzy titles a mouse review as "DO NOT BUY"
I can only remember one or 2 other times. Gwolves hati-m and model o
are u doing setup sunday?
nah sadly i am not doing setup sunday today, next weekend should be grand

Cooler Master has good mouse designs but some of the worst QC I've seen. I've had 3 different models from them that all either creak or developed mushy buttons.
im going to buy the wired version because i want to try the shape
Hi boardzy! I want you to try the "pinoy version of the aqua control+ and artisan hien its called the alpha project eve mousepad" the surface is verygood too and rubber backing is sticky too the durability is also reliable but the most interesting part is its price for a 900mm mousepad microwoven its like 1,200php or 23$ only
Gotta try this and compare it to my Zero soft
@@KILLTHEREDDITOR suree this is one of my the best control + speed hybrid mousepad that i used
this proves again, companys not testing there final products
Hello flaxion, that is actually incorrect. We did a lot of testers with people on mousereview. And we made changes based on their suggestions. Unfortunately we had a leak of early samples in Asia that should have never been sold and they unfortunately made their way all over the world via 3rd party sellers. The mouse launches officially at the beginning of October and the firmware will be finished by then.
Question is not about the mouse, but what do you think about that vaxee mousepad?🤔
He made a video on it
Already reviewed it a few vids back
@@boardzy im so sorry, i will check it out! 😘

Dang that slam clicked about as easy as my MOW does, can look at that bastard the wrong way and it clicks.
Great honest video, how would you compare it to xlite wireless ? It seems similair in shape.
Its not, xlite wireless is ec shaped, fills your palm easily while mm731 has much lower hump, when you put your hand on it you'll feel mm731 being smaller than xlite wireless.
@@Wanted54321 Thank you. TBH didnt had EC in hands, only ergo mouse i was using was DA Chroma and i loved it, seems xlite is more similair to it than MM731
@@JanusM it definitely is, my brother swears by DA, when I get him to try both mice, he immediately felt unconfortable with the MM731, and he was able to use xlite just fine.
This mouse its ranked 17 on the rocket jump ninja tier list.
God that sensor placement is stupid high
cooler master and g wolves are my favorite manufacturers kapping
Coolermaster somehow keeps sucking at everything they bring out. Member the awful SK630/620/650 Keyboards?
The MM730 actually sounds like a way better mouse. It's a shell without any holes, yet still weighs 48 grams? I'm guessing it couldn't be that good either, considering Cooler Master's track record of making mice with fatal flaws.
If they use carbon fiber + Pulsar Xlite style holes it will probably weight under 25 grams or even less lol
@@ej9806 that’s just stupid anything under 30 grams is worsening performance
@@beautifulbeaner There are people paying 299 euros to get a 24g mouse (M2K), it's just preference
@@ej9806 it’s not I’ve tried those mice you just get extremely jittery aim below 35 grams, I don’t get the obsession with ultralight mice, I used a g402 for 2 years before I used a g pro wireless and my sim didn’t change when I went to a modded 60 gram orochi v2 and my aim still didn’t change, I just really like the shape of the orochi other than that it didn’t change much
This is pog
The mm730 wired version is no better. It doesn't glide. And I mean it doesn't glide, literally. The shape is uncomfortably small. I would rather the mouse be bigger with holes to make up for any weight increase.
i love ur voice so much idk y

I can buy the razer viper ultimate + charging dock at 109.99€, should I get it, the viper mini or the pulsefire haste ? [I claw grip and the kpu shape feets me real well but the side buttons are defficients]
Bruh. You should honestly just buy like a orochi or something better for that price
I knew this would happen. This is probably why companies don't go wireless because it's hard to know what their chinese OEMs have for wireless technology at hand.
