As it comes back from space, it would also be described as looking like the sunrise, which feeds into Luffy bringing the dawn.

It'll be cool if Sanji's "final form" is turning his flames black which fits his epithet "black leg". The black flames work kinda like Amaterasu, either it burns eternally or until the opponent is defeated/dead and yeah it fits for an attack named "last meal" or something cause they be dead after that (tho it's a bit dark for a one piece fight)
If Usopp does end up having CoC, his final move should simply be Hakoku Sovereignty. It tells a simple story of how he's finally become like the giants, a brave warrior of the sea.

Zoro’s finishing move has to be a “nothing” cut. It was foreshadowed with mr 1 so after he cuts diamonds (where u at jozu) his next move needs to be the ability to cut nothing. Which is shiryu.
Zoro has a lot of symbolism and philosophy behind the naming of his attacks and the meaning of bushido, I wouldn't be surprised if oda did actually pull a "to cut something is to cut nothing"
The nothing cut is a refrerence to the Muramasa/Masamune legend. The apprentice makes a sword that cuts everything, that is, a weapon that destroys friend, foe and its own wielder alike (think of how Nimaiya in Bleach considers his creation a failure because he can't even sheathe it) while the master forges a sword that cuts nothing, or a weapon that can selectively apply as much force as the wielder desires and is therefore superior (think Kenshin's sakabatou)
For Zoro, I‘d love an all out brawl against Mihawk (or whoever), with the last move being the exact same one he tried against him the very first time (three thousand worlds) or the upgrade of that move. But then we see the two standing still…and Yoru gets a small crack in it. Then blood gushing from Mihawk, and him falling to his knees, smiling, having finally found someone strong enough to beat him.
I was thinking about what you said with, Brooke, Robin, and Zoro having the powers of the underworld. Luffy, Sanji and Nami having the powers of the heavens or sky. But if you think about it this works for the rest aswell, just for the earth. Chopper is obviously animals, Ussop is plants, Franky is metal, and Jinbe is water. So you have heavens, hell and earth. Kinda mimicking the ancient weapons.

I think a cool finishing move for Brook would be what if he releases that giant soul form he had in Whole Cake but can he control it using his music and depending on what instrument he using at the time makes it do different things. Like if it's the violin the spirit is fast hitting, if he uses his guitar it does heavy attacks and the better he plays the stronger it gets.
It would be cool if Luffy was to just chuck the sun to Black Beard fitting with ace and the sun god Nika. Also symbolizing Luffy bringing light to Black beards darkness
About the idea with the Thousand Sunny. I could imagine a moment where Franky gets knocked out while piloting the mech but it still is fighting on it own . And it's revealed that it's the very soul of the Thousand Sunny piloting it
Odin's ring is called Draupnir, and it dublicates itself nine times each night. Although I am curious as to why people assumes the King of Elbaf is called Odin. Yes it makes sense, but considering the Prince is called Loki, not Thor, it makes more sense if the King is called Farbauti, who is Loki's Jotunn father in Norse Myth.

I would like to see Usopp's final attack continue the theme of him using boyhood weapons, to complement his current slingshot weapon. For example, a boomerang that's been rigged to spin infinitely to the point of creating a huge tornado to decimate a group of enemies, or dice in a can that has different effects depending on what you roll, or a ball Usopp can throw that creates a gravitational field that sucks in all nearby objects and opponents like Pain's move from Naruto.
It would be cool if Zeus can help augment certain techniques of Nami's like not just amplifying her lightning but giving it shape as well. Like how you mentioned the pinwheel or shuriken. Maybe waves or controlled beams. Heck, he could even help in making it rain or snow. I'd love to see her experiment with precipitation and winds just as much as her lightning
I've had this image in my head of Brook playing a song and just summoning a pod of island whales, sure it wouldn't be good against singular strong enemies, but the combined might of an entire pod of island whales would probably have the firepower of a buster call.
Zoro getting an Asura mode similar to Nero's DT in DMC4 near the end where the manifestation of his haki persisted in the physical world and mirrors his attacks would be awesome.
In my opinion Chopper's ultimate move, could be him merging the strongest parts of all points (like monster point arms, horn point head etc) basically an awakening, and after using his ultimate move, the person that got hit feels better (kind of how Hiriluk got healed after seeing cherry blossoms).
Usopp should use the Reject dial from Skypeia as his final attack, since he used the impact dial against Luffy in their duel it would be cool to use the even more powerful version fighting not against but for Luffy

If Ussop at least got to use mjulnir it would be another lie come true. A hammer that no one can lift unless they're worthy, so to most people it would seem he is lifting a 100t hammer. He was also talking specifically about needing a close range weapon last acr. This would be perfect because it could be both close ranged and long because he could throw it and bring it back.
You know how his hammers have gotten progressively more enormous? I feel like there has to be a way for usopp to have a hammer that gets heavier and bigger at will, so he can swing it in the super light mode then switch it and bam, a real 10t hammer right as it hits. It also works perfectly with his wacky trickster attitude to his bluffing
Your idea for Brook's attack sounded a lot like a technique used by the Cancer Gold Saint in Saint Seiya that he opens kind of a portal to the realm of the dead and damned souls start grabbing the opponent and trying to drag them there. I think a really cool super move for Jimbe would be to utilize his unique ability to communicate with sea creatures, having Shirahoshi tell nests of sea kings to follow and listen to whatever Jimbe says. Don't know if Jimbe's communication would even work with sea kings but I think it would be pretty bad ass
Might be a bit cheesy, but i want to have Luffys final final punch to be gomu gomu no pistol. The one it started with. Of course he can do a big awesome punch at the end. but the final knockout punch should be that.
It'd actually make a shocking amount of sense for Nami's lightning to be pinwheel, because she just got Zeus permanently now, which now granted him the ability to warp her attacks and spin them around in all different directions in an attempt to hit the enemy. So, by the same token, he could also use that ability to make her attack shaped like a pinwheel. Edit: Franky using the Sunny as a giant mech can make him a great match for San Juan Wolf… (hopefully I got the name right) Shit that makes so much sense.

Honestly, maybe I'm just lame, but I love when a series goes back to its routes somewhat for the finale, so ending with Luffy using a basic Gum Gum Pistol, would be perfect for me.
My idea of Brook's final move/awakening is a ghost crew. What if he summons his old crew as immortal ghosts? He said he is used to seeing "hallucinations" of his crew. What if those were not hallucinations but his power?
Theres also the possibility that she finds the yuki yuki no mi in her tangerine garden. Think about it. All the plant life on punk hazard was destroyed right as monet died, so the closest fruit had to be her tangerines. She can also control pretty much all types of weather except snow. I think she could really benefit from the yuki yuki no mi more than most characters and it just fits her design well
I have many ideas for Sanji. First i have to point out... blue fire is already hotter than white fire so I don't think his ifrit jambe will become even hotter. I think for sanji some cool power ups would be rankyaku (he already knows the other two leg-related rokushiki so why not, he could kick from the distance), fishman karate (because he is so good underwater, just imagine him even being able to command water with his kicks, i mean... Robin got a bit of that, I think for Sanji would be more fitting) and why not advanced internal destruction armament haki and advanced future sight observation haki. So I guess his final attack following my theory would be some kind of ifrit jambe 1 million bricks breaking internal destruction perfectly placed rankyaku kick.

I could honestly imagine Nami using an attack like Sasuke’s Kirin since that attack is only using existing Lightning to attack. Nami is just it’s guide. But she would spend a lot of time during the battle to set up the conditions for it.
On Sanji I think there's the potential he turns into a devil or something similar. We've seen Sanji burst into flames a couple of times already due to a rage but there's still the unexplained reason of why Sanji can use diable jambe combined with last chapter he took a weird devilish appearance when he was angry about being lower than Zoro and Jimbei, I think once we get a good explanation of what diable jambe is Sanji may get a transformation based on that to kind of replace the raid suit. A never before seen level of rage could probably be reached for Sanji if his final opponent is tied to his Germa background i.e Avalo Pizzaro who used to be a King of the North Blue similar to the Germa so there may be some history there.
The Enies Lobby point is especially interesting considering what islands are close to Enies Lobby. We have Water 7 where Pluton was said to be built, but more importantly we have Long Ring Long Land, featuring the antagonist and possibly the One Piece character Tekking likes the least, tumblr sexy god Foxy himself. Anyways, alongside the idea that the previous Joyboy's awakening/some sort of technique of his might have caused the never-ending day phenomena in Enies Lobby, we also have the fact that the life forms in Long Ring Long Land are oddly just stretched versions of existing creatures, and the reason Tonjit gives us is that "The animals here live freely, and that's why they stretch so long" or smth like that. It's also funny that the very next landmass the log pose points to after Water 7 is Fishman Island where we get one of Joyboy's first mentions, and that "The Kingdom" who fought the 20 Kings and whose name was said to tie everything together was revealed in Enies Lobby. Maybe Joyboy fought the 20 kings around the Water 7/Enies Lobby area, or maybe that's where their kingdom originally was in the first place. Not to mention the Flame Emperor attack Tekking mentions might also explain the gaping hole in Enies Lobby. Idk, just a bunch of incoherent thoughts rambling.

My predictions: Jinbei - Tsunami Brick Fist, creates shockwaves that create an earthquake, almost on the level of what Whitebeard displayed at Marineford. Maybe lesser than that. Brook - Underworld Rock, unleashes the full force of Brooks spiritual control, similar to a burst of Conquerors Haki, that has an AOE freezing effect on a large scale. Franky - Emperor Sunny, Combines with the Thousand Sunny to become more powerful than whatever General Franky was ever capable of. Larger Radical Beams and Cou De Bursts. More SUUUPEEER! Robin - A new technique with El Demonia, that completely overwhelms her opponent. An embrace that covers her foe, before crushing them completely. Chopper - Perhaps an upgraded form of Monster Point, where Chopper has access to at least Armament Haki. It combines more aspects of all his various forms into one. Imagine Chopper using Kung Fu Point style, while in his Monster Point. Nami - Chaotic Hurricane, where Nami uses the Climitac in tandem with Zeus, with create a devastating and uncontrollable storm. Hurricane and Lightning, Very Very Frightening Me. Usopp - Maybe Usopp will be able to produce a new, stronger Pop Green, that becomes like a Kaiju to fight on his behalf. Imagine the plant from Little Shop of Horrors, but the size of Godzilla. Or maybe Usopp can call his best buddy ol’ pal, the incredible Sniper King, to help him out. Sanji - To Hot to Handle Buffet, a combo of Sanji’s strongest kicks, when used with Ifrit Jambe. A perfectly served dishing of pain, against whomever is served this dish. Zoro - 108 Sword Style Ashura would be great. Completely overwhelming the opponent, enough to send almost anyone into several deaths and reincarnations. It would be spectacular. And finally, Luffy - Gear 5th Red Kong Gatling Cannon, a combination of Monkey God Gun, Red Roc and King Kong Gun, in the Gattling variety. The wrath of a furious Sun God, carrying the hope of all his friends and comrades, in order to bring about a new age. Would do you think about these predictions? I would like to see Usopp's final attack continue the theme of him using boyhood weapons, to complement his current slingshot weapon. For example, a boomerang that's been rigged to spin infinitely to the point of creating a huge tornado to decimate a group of enemies, or dice in a can that has different effects depending on what you roll, or a ball Usopp can throw that creates a gravitational field that sucks in all nearby objects and opponents like Pain's move from Naruto.

It would be cool if Zeus can help augment certain techniques of Nami's like not just amplifying her lightning but giving it shape as well. Like how you mentioned the pinwheel or shuriken. Maybe waves or controlled beams. Heck, he could even help in making it rain or snow. I'd love to see her experiment with precipitation and winds just as much as her lightning
I've had this image in my head of Brook playing a song and just summoning a pod of island whales, sure it wouldn't be good against singular strong enemies, but the combined might of an entire pod of island whales would probably have the firepower of a buster call.

In my opinion Chopper's ultimate move, could be him merging the strongest parts of all points (like monster point arms, horn point head etc) basically an awakening, and after using his ultimate move, the person that got hit feels better (kind of how Hiriluk got healed after seeing cherry blossoms).

If Ussop at least got to use mjulnir it would be another lie come true. A hammer that no one can lift unless they're worthy, so to most people it would seem he is lifting a 100t hammer. He was also talking specifically about needing a close range weapon last acr. This would be perfect because it could be both close ranged and long because he could throw it and bring it back.
You know how his hammers have gotten progressively more enormous? I feel like there has to be a way for usopp to have a hammer that gets heavier and bigger at will, so he can swing it in the super light mode then switch it and bam, a real 10t hammer right as it hits. It also works perfectly with his wacky trickster attitude to his bluffing

Your idea for Brook's attack sounded a lot like a technique used by the Cancer Gold Saint in Saint Seiya that he opens kind of a portal to the realm of the dead and damned souls start grabbing the opponent and trying to drag them there.
Once this technique was reverted and used against him, so the souls of everyone he killed were pulling him... Considering everyone in the Blackbeard pirates is a piece of s... Seems reasonable to have something like that happen lol

I think a really cool super move for Jimbe would be to utilize his unique ability to communicate with sea creatures, having Shirahoshi tell nests of sea kings to follow and listen to whatever Jimbe says. Don't know if Jimbe's communication would even work with sea kings but I think it would be pretty bad ass

It'd actually make a shocking amount of sense for Nami's lightning to be pinwheel, because she just got Zeus permanently now, which now granted him the ability to warp her attacks and spin them around in all different directions in an attempt to hit the enemy. So, by the same token, he could also use that ability to make her attack shaped like a pinwheel.
Edit: Franky using the Sunny as a giant mech can make him a great match for San Juan Wolf… (hopefully I got the name right) Shit that makes so much sense.

My idea of Brook's final move/awakening is a ghost crew. What if he summons his old crew as immortal ghosts? He said he is used to seeing "hallucinations" of his crew. What if those were not hallucinations but his power?
Theres also the possibility that she finds the yuki yuki no mi in her tangerine garden. Think about it. All the plant life on punk hazard was destroyed right as monet died, so the closest fruit had to be her tangerines. She can also control pretty much all types of weather except snow. I think she could really benefit from the yuki yuki no mi more than most characters and it just fits her design well
I have many ideas for Sanji. First i have to point out... blue fire is already hotter than white fire so I don't think his ifrit jambe will become even hotter. I think for sanji some cool power ups would be rankyaku (he already knows the other two leg-related rokushiki so why not, he could kick from the distance), fishman karate (because he is so good underwater, just imagine him even being able to command water with his kicks, i mean... Robin got a bit of that, I think for Sanji would be more fitting) and why not advanced internal destruction armament haki and advanced future sight observation haki. So I guess his final attack following my theory would be some kind of ifrit jambe 1 million bricks breaking internal destruction perfectly placed rankyaku kick.

I could honestly imagine Nami using an attack like Sasuke’s Kirin since that attack is only using existing Lightning to attack. Nami is just it’s guide. But she would spend a lot of time during the battle to set up the conditions for it.

On Sanji I think there's the potential he turns into a devil or something similar. We've seen Sanji burst into flames a couple of times already due to a rage but there's still the unexplained reason of why Sanji can use diable jambe combined with last chapter he took a weird devilish appearance when he was angry about being lower than Zoro and Jimbei, I think once we get a good explanation of what diable jambe is Sanji may get a transformation based on that to kind of replace the raid suit. A never before seen level of rage could probably be reached for Sanji if his final opponent is tied to his Germa background i.e Avalo Pizzaro who used to be a King of the North Blue similar to the Germa so there may be some history there.

The Enies Lobby point is especially interesting considering what islands are close to Enies Lobby. We have Water 7 where Pluton was said to be built, but more importantly we have Long Ring Long Land, featuring the antagonist and possibly the One Piece character Tekking likes the least, tumblr sexy god Foxy himself. Anyways, alongside the idea that the previous Joyboy's awakening/some sort of technique of his might have caused the never-ending day phenomena in Enies Lobby, we also have the fact that the life forms in Long Ring Long Land are oddly just stretched versions of existing creatures, and the reason Tonjit gives us is that "The animals here live freely, and that's why they stretch so long" or smth like that. It's also funny that the very next landmass the log pose points to after Water 7 is Fishman Island where we get one of Joyboy's first mentions, and that "The Kingdom" who fought the 20 Kings and whose name was said to tie everything together was revealed in Enies Lobby. Maybe Joyboy fought the 20 kings around the Water 7/Enies Lobby area, or maybe that's where their kingdom originally was in the first place. Not to mention the Flame Emperor attack Tekking mentions might also explain the gaping hole in Enies Lobby. Idk, just a bunch of incoherent thoughts rambling.

Sanji - The last supper (great name from the comments), All Blue Buffet, Ifrit Jambe: Boudin noir (black pudding in French for black fire, and stealth black)
Jimbe - Abyssal Pressure - Leviathan brick fist (CoC infused), Gyojin karate - forbidden technique Tide puller
Robin - Milion Fleur: Bosque Mortal (deathly forest), Demonio Fleur: Dark Embrace,
Usopp - Last in the Bag, Gods Decree (CoC infused), Warriors oath - Gungir (a shot promised to never miss)
Franky - Franky shogun 39 - Coup de gras, F for Franky Flash, The Thousand Franky transformation
Brook - Soul solid symphony - Biting death, Brook used perish song it was super effective, Conducter of the damned - The Grim Riffer
Nami - Supercell - Discharge (after changing the weather for huge clouds), Sheet lighting sky net, 1 billion volt swing (with Zeus connected to the climatact as a club)
Chopper - Multipoint barrage (either a combination of multiple points or quick shifting between multiple point), Devil block (chopper creates dispersible rumble ball medicine that messes with other peoples devil fruits but leaves his alone)

Luffy's final battle and him using ultimate move is going to be greatest and wackiest 4th wall breaking moment in manga history.
Sanjis final move should be like: DBZ Raging blast 2 burters ultimate attack. Type it up you won’t be disappointed
My predictions:
Jinbei - Tsunami Brick Fist, creates shockwaves that create an earthquake, almost on the level of what Whitebeard displayed at Marineford. Maybe lesser than that.
Brook - Underworld Rock, unleashes the full force of Brooks spiritual control, similar to a burst of Conquerors Haki, that has an AOE freezing effect on a large scale.
Franky - Emperor Sunny, Combines with the Thousand Sunny to become more powerful than whatever General Franky was ever capable of. Larger Radical Beams and Cou De Bursts. More SUUUPEEER!
Robin - A new technique with El Demonia, that completely overwhelms her opponent. An embrace that covers her foe, before crushing them completely.
Chopper - Perhaps an upgraded form of Monster Point, where Chopper has access to at least Armament Haki. It combines more aspects of all his various forms into one. Imagine Chopper using Kung Fu Point style, while in his Monster Point.
Nami - Chaotic Hurricane, where Nami uses the Climitac in tandem with Zeus, with create a devastating and uncontrollable storm. Hurricane and Lightning, Very Very Frightening Me.
Usopp - Maybe Usopp will be able to produce a new, stronger Pop Green, that becomes like a Kaiju to fight on his behalf. Imagine the plant from Little Shop of Horrors, but the size of Godzilla. Or maybe Usopp can call his best buddy ol’ pal, the incredible Sniper King, to help him out.
Sanji - To Hot to Handle Buffet, a combo of Sanji’s strongest kicks, when used with Ifrit Jambe. A perfectly served dishing of pain, against whomever is served this dish.
Zoro - 108 Sword Style Ashura would be great. Completely overwhelming the opponent, enough to send almost anyone into several deaths and reincarnations. It would be spectacular.
And finally, Luffy - Gear 5th Red Kong Gatling Cannon, a combination of Monkey God Gun, Red Roc and King Kong Gun, in the Gattling variety. The wrath of a furious Sun God, carrying the hope of all his friends and comrades, in order to bring about a new age.
