- Hey guys its been a while. Ive been recording heavily trying to sculpt the soundscape for album 5. I want to make it INSANE. Ive literally bounced all around between synth pop, heavy garage guitars, and even some acoustic stuff. Still havent caught that certain wave sound to go for. My hard drive is full of good, decent, and bad stuff lol. Heres a little demo I made upon "never want to leave my heads" release. I hope you enjoy it. :)

Too bad I’m on an extended tolerance break though the time was approaching to temporarily archive Velvet Meadow for future reflection. After almost ten years of constant searching, wading through hundreds and hundreds of bands every single day; searching for the sound. Sure the talent exists in those musicians I passed over but only Velvet Meadow broke through without prior providence.
I am not yet able to describe how good the early stuff is and that is the need for the hiatus. When I return and it if still delivers the same wonder and joy it did upon discovery, Velvet Meadow will be revered in the same way as the greats.
I don’t care if the world doesn’t acknowledge the beauty; the world is out of date. It exists and it exists for everyone but I am not everyone. I am only me.
