I have been using motion's modules and notes for my preparations and the in-depth explanations in the study material have been key to my understanding of challenging concepts☺🙌
In my opinion hc verma is not sufficient for mains i definitely recommend you to buy cengage or physics galaxy books they are a must have after completion of this only move on to irodov it has really complex problems(if you want to do even more resnick halliday isa also a very good book but really optional) and for physical chemistry i definitely recommend going with cengage it is the best and i don't recommend buying op tandon in organic cause the questions are not relevant and there are minimal examples read your class notes and then study peter sykes it goes in depth to teach you the reaction mechanisms which is very very important.This is just my opinion you can use whatever books you like

Moreover, maintain a proper sleep cycle and minimize the distractions Experience-based: multiple revision of concepts is very important because JEE Adv problems are based on intermixing 2 or more concepts. Don't go for any publication books , they are just waste of time instead Try doing books like A.Das Gupta for maths and N.Avasthi for PC Publication books are same lvl as coaching materials and not going help you in increasing your aptitude

You have a lot of time left for preparing for JEE now, don't worry. Firstly, since there is 6 more months still left in class XII, you can devote most of the time at weekends studying all the topics of class XI. In 6 months, you won't be able to master every topic but you will still be able to understand the concepts involved. You must solve a lot of problems too. And as you go through class XII, you have to start paying attention in the coaching class and ask questions as when you have any doubt. You have to understand every concept taught in the class there itself. That way, you can have more time at home to solve problems. Also, keep practicing topics of class XI as you are not confident with them right now. If you really want to crack JEE, you have to start studying immediately. Stay determined and just stay clear on what you mind. Waste as little time as possible. This will surely help you achieve your dream. I hope this helps. Good luck...

Cengage is really a good series of books for jee preparation. For maths ->Vectors, coordinate geometry and algebra these 3 books are really good. So, for vectors and 3d geometry, if you follow Cengage than you can skip any other books or even your coaching materials. Just watch solved examples carefully and first understand the concepts and then solve single correct and multiple correct answers yourself ( Don't look solutions before attempting any question at least 3-4 times). Similar for coordinate geometry and algebra section excluding coaching materials point.Follow your coaching materials seriously for every subject and every topic. I was really not satisfied with calculus book. It's not up to the level of questions asked in jee or you can say they ask really tough questions from this section. Note:- There are many questions in cengage, but questions given as solved examples with theory are really concept building questions so do attempt them or just keep watching them with theory and solve exercises.
Bhaiya do it happen in iit that a student has opted for any engineering but also wants to gain knowledge of some other kind of engineering. Like I want to take computer science but also want to gain knowledge of aeronautical engineering so is it possible?
You can do any physical workout or anything that makes you happy. I preferred home workout since it made me feel refresh and happy It will help you refresh your mind and body between your study slots✌🏼

Maine koi Coaching material nahi le rakhi h . Maine maths ke liye Cengage li h .... Lkn bhaiya usme bahut Questions hote hn and Usme class 11 and 12 ke mixed Questions hote hn .... But maine usme se kuch nahi kiya .... *To please Aap ye bata digiye ki Cengage ko kaise solve karu ?*
Aur Bhaiya Time Management ka bahut jyaada problem h . Samaj hi nahi aata kab kis Subject ki Book se Question solve karu .... Iske wajah se kuch v nahi kar pata hu ... Sochta hi rah jaata hu

Cengage is really a good series of books for jee preparation.
For maths ->Vectors, coordinate geometry and algebra these 3 books are really good.
So, for vectors and 3d geometry, if you follow Cengage than you can skip any other books or even your coaching materials. Just watch solved examples carefully and first understand the concepts and then solve single correct and multiple correct answers yourself ( Don't look solutions before attempting any question at least 3-4 times).
Similar for coordinate geometry and algebra section excluding coaching materials point.Follow your coaching materials seriously for every subject and every topic.
I was really not satisfied with calculus book. It's not up to the level of questions asked in jee or you can say they ask really tough questions from this section.
Note:- There are many questions in cengage, but questions given as solved examples with theory are really concept building questions so do attempt them or just keep watching them with theory and solve exercises.

General Advice: be consistent, dedicated and maintain a positive mindset (especially in corona times). Moreover, maintain a proper sleep cycle and minimize the distractions
Experience-based: multiple revision of concepts is very important because JEE Adv problems are based on intermixing 2 or more concepts. Also, focus on PYQs for experience and confidence.
