What amazes me, is the whole thing, period. This is an awesome display for everyhone to see and creativity,as well :) I am not techno-minded, so this, to me, is pretty awesome. When i was a kid, this would have been sci-fi.
+mintgumdropz1 . . . and you'd be amazed at the simple, $79 software they use to do this with. The "show programming" is not the hard part - putting all those lights up (and dealing with that one scrooge-ass neighbor that every neighborhood has) is the hard part.

After I got my kicks in seeing it. :/ ) lol, but then again, it is a good-natured way to celebrate the season. :) I would love to see someone do that here, in Bristol, Va. All of those lights ! Now, THAT takes patience. :)
this song made me think the music was coming out of my computer speakers instead of my headphones, freaked me out cuz its not even Christmas, its Halloween :|
@SpectraBrite Each tree has 3 channels, The main tree has at least 5, likely 9, and then each star, so it is probably about 128. I counted 113 minimum, that doesn't include the main star. My guess, 128 Channel system, and about three weeks of setup, testing and calibration. Thanks guys!
This is great. It amazes me how some people can dis colors of a beautiful thing. Until u do better who are u to say negative things about it? I say until u do better shut your mouth. hahahahha
i think i know the answer, but it is not a pleasant one (and not a cheap one either). To even create something remotely similar. you'll need programming skills and a microcontroller + lights.
