For every wannabe remote camper that sets up a campsite, think about how many beautiful trees are cut down, with no chance of growing back, to warm someone's butt. These short-term rootless ppl could care less about destroying trees or the environment. I wish local governments would ban wood stoves and the like. Go solar, man, and bring a plug-in heater. 😠
