    Its a strength exercise to build the clean in the conjugate method. Not an exercise for your WOD...

    at a heavier weight of course its very hard on the glutes and hams which is very essential for cleans and alot of exercises.

    What Louie failed to mention was Kevin was doing 225 kg.

    its best to keep reps low in such an exercise. doubles, singles or say goodbye to your knees...

      knees are safe on these.. look at the knee angle - it's pure hinge

    If you want to get better and doing power cleans you cant just do power cleans. It helps buld the power clean.

    whats the benefit of this apposed to a regular power clean?
