I've already done all of these and only got one fragment... I'm guessing the purple fragments are not limited to the Tezcatepetonco Range and any of the precious/luxurious chest in the version 5.2 areas have a chance to drop either purple or crimson framgents... so I'll need to continue exploring the other areas in order to get the rest.

Purple fragment: 3 SPAWNED FOR ME AND I DID LIKE 5 CHESTS

There's no "red stuff" in 13, if you are talking about the rings in 15 then what you do is just click the "Normal Attack" button once and it will break, remember click it " Once" don't" Hold Press" it.
