He's not wrong though is he? he comes out each week, states the facts about the squad and the journalists/writers try to skew it as 'excuses' or 'he doesn't know what he's doing', the BBC actually had the balls to print a stupid article last week asking 'what's happened to Angeball' (after previously questioning him on why he doesn't change his style of play) - you have to ask why these people repeatedly refuse to accept a fact as a fact. Tottenham do not have the squad to be capable of losing Vicario / VDV / Romero / Maddison / Solanke and the rest and still be able to compete twice a week. Why don't people understand and accept that? it's just weird that they still expect Spurs to win every game and are amazed when they don't. Even with a fully fit squad they still won't win every game, but they'll at least be a lot more competitive than they are at the moment. After the next fortnight when most are back, and if results/performances still aren't improving then judge him, and even sack him if there's a better alternative.

Spurs didn't play badly against Villa today. There were a couple of silly mistakes that cost them dearly but they did show fight and were close to getting something out of the game. I can see this manager turning this around in a few weeks time and all those calls of "sacked in the morning" looking rather premature.
We can see what happened to Liverpool when they didn't show sufficient respect to Plymouth and played their second string (without holding a few senior players on the bench just in case). If Spurs don't have a strong finish to the season and win (or go close to winning) the Europa, then perhaps they should look at this again in the summer. I can't see what sense there is in making a decision on this now.

I’m not a spurs fan but it’s clear the issue lies with the quality and depth of the squad which isn’t the managers fault. The chairman and Director of football have had big revenues for a number of years to build a squad including a huge fee from kane. The manager is left to face the press which doesn’t seem right.

no manager comes in and fixes the current situation - why sack him a week before he gets some of his players back? 11 first teamers out, played 3 games a week with NO rotation for 2 and a half months.
The players still believe in Ange, he hasn't lost the dressing room with these results...
Tel only came because of Ange. Levy and Lange couldn't even present the project to the player. Reality is that Lange and Levy need changing ASAP, the manager has called for help, kulusevski and son have called for help, romero has fired at the hierarchy...

same thing with my team , had a absolute nightmare start of season with injuries, new signings injured in training ,out for the season. playing with 1 fit centre back for 15 games in row.no right back for god knows how many games , new left back injured out for season after 1 game. strikers injured on international duty , played 1 game all season . i could go on..... when you have so many injuries its impossible to rotate and rest .dont understand why we have a 2 week break then 3 games a week for 2 weeks.my team championship..... crazy game turn around. i dont follow spurs so not up to date with there best team . just see results, huge amount of crazy pressure from media. but we are in same situation , money has taken over this sport. and there are too many games..... some weeks every day football on ... its too much ,its getting boring . it should be sat to sat with a few evening games spread out ,like the champions league etc..... simple as . stop all international friendly games , scrap the frendly league.its pointless. let the players play and do what they do then at the end of the season , select the best and go try your best in world cups etc. money is fucking our sport up and shame on f.a for letting it happen.

The number of players missing doesn't just affect team selection and performance. It impacts training because you don't have a full quota participating for certain elements/drills. You end up bringing in U21/youth team players to make numbers up. Often that isn't practical because of their schedules/games.
I'm not making these points in defence of Ange. They are a reality in most team sports but get magnified at elite level where any weakness will
    often be exploited.

The club is a mess from top to bottom. He is too stubborn to change which will ultimately cost him his job. Players get rid of managers at THFC , it's our recent history with Conte and Mourinho. They are clearly not playing for him and it has been like this for weeks. He saw Villa cutting us open right through the middle repeatedly but no reaction or tactic to stop this happening in the first half. We have injuries so play different , low block, grind out results , be difficult to play against until we get our squad back. This can't go on.
