Also for objects

I'm learning Japanese and I become insanely happy when I can recognize any japanese character while watching your video!
Great feeling bro, same!!
same here guys 😁, I've learned all the hiragane a week ago, and now I've begun Katakanas, since yesterday I've learned 2 Lines

I love Japan so much and I wish with all my heart to visit it, but poverty prevents me from that. I wish every reader who passes here a beautiful day 🌹
A beautiful day to u too! ✌️😊💖
I can relate 💯
With Japanese history of seeing objects and places as having the potential of having a soul it's honestly no surprise there's a difference between addressing people from objects.
doesn't really make sense if they saw them as having a soul it would make more sense if they used the same word
You realize in English there's also plenty of stuff that only applies to people or things right
Every language i touched do this in one way or another. An non living is ''It'' for living ''They'' in English.
So when Mafuyu said "Samishii yo" during the Fuyu no Hanashi scene, he's both saying "I'm lonely" and "I miss you"? 🤯😭
YO I ALSO THOUGHT OF THAT. And also the first lyrics of marutsuke
OMG I AM CRYING😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
Well, yeah! But since in the manga (and in the anime too) he continuously repeats that he’s not lonely (before the concert), that “I’m lonely” is more like a turning point, where he realises that he is indeed lonely.
I just like this translation better haha, but it can definitely be both.
Ps: given fans!!!:OO
Lol weebs
この間onomappuのヴィデオで見たけど、『∼い』けいよしの後『∼よ』と『∼な』けいよしの後『∼だよ』付けるのは正しいみたい。
Incase you are wondering why I felt the need to write in Japanese, I am just practicing my 『日本語』.
I will never retain any of the information from any of these videos, but it is still fun to feel like I am learning new things.
You're right and I don't like it xD
I'm addicted to her saying thanks for watching at the end of every video
The amount of Morning Musume I’ve listened to helped me immensely recognize these
as usual Sayaka san gives us phrases and words that we use in daily language.. and explains the nuances of the differences.. so grateful to her for teaching us useful things ! 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
similar in Korean (like あいたい):
보고 싶어 (bo-go si-peo) means "i miss you" but literally translates to "I want to see you"
보다 - to see
싶어 - to want
I’m learning korean and japanese at the same time cause why not. So this helped me!
@@no-lk9gb same lol learning both at the same time is hard ikr, glad i could help tho :>
明らかな説明はありがとうございます!!

A bit late to the party, but feels pretty awesome to understand everything with just a couple of words being new!

I have a Japanese friend (He was half Japanese and half American). He taught me how to say I love you because I had this crush who was Japanese too. He said to say "Anta Kusai yo" which at the moment meant I like you but it actually meant you stank
Omg 💀 what was your crush's reaction?
父の存在がこいしい~
私も ~
Maraming salamat Ganda
so if i meant to say “i miss my boyfriend” would it be 私のボーイフレンド に あいたい??
Or 彼に会いたい
So, now I know the background of Anya's "hahai nakte samishi " Btw Japanese is so cute
Amo el Lenguaje,Japones.!!
Es mug hermoso la sensacion,la pronunciacion...Arigato..
*_今すぐ会いたいよ!_*
One time I had a Japanese boyfriend, and when I asked him what „I miss you“ was, he said that it‘s „恋しい“ 😮
I just got back from Japan & I feel all the words that you just taught us.
I love these shorts, especially since my only other avenues of learning are picking stuff up from japanese media, which words get misheard all the time in (i thought samishii was pronounced sabishii) or the owl
The last one just reminded me with armin and Annie 🌚
私はあなたがとても好きです。あなたの動画は全部見てるよ。❤❤❤
I love the way you say thankyou for watching in Japanese 😍👍
It's like you know I miss Japan and Japanese Konbini every day❤😢
こいしい is also used for people. But, we Japanese consider the way of use as a little outdated or exaggerated.
Thank you so much❤
あなたが見てくれてありがとうと言う方法はとても楽しいです!😭😂
Someone told me "aitai" can sound very personal or romantic which might not be your intention
I mean I’ve seen in used in a fair amount of Hello Project songs, all of these songs “definitely* written in the context of romance so I kinda figured that to be the case. (“Aitai Lonely Christmas” by C-ute being an excellent example)
Does this mean that we can use the last example at a time when we are angry with someone so much that we want to see them at that Does that mean we can use the last example when we're angry at someone so much that we want to see them at that moment?
haiii... im from Malaysia🇲🇾💕🇯🇵Japan🤝
ありがとうございました!
先生🙇
I’ve also heard people change it to the te form 会いたくて so to add an implication of I want to see you, BUT I can’t. Correct me if I’m wrong!
会いたくて basically mean "I miss you" and it's actually an incomplete sentence, but this is not so uncommon in japanese, the rest of the sentence is not specifically stated but understood from the context
For example
母に会いたくて(電話した)
Because I miss my mother (I called her)
友達に会いたくて(彼の家に行った)
Because I missed my friend (I paid him a visit)
Well, I am not an expert, but that's how I understand this 会いたくて
I heard the song aitai by radwimps and I didn't know the meaning it's just a nice and peaceful song after seeing this video I at least know the meaning of the title😂❤️
Try Sparkle :D
5 years of knowing Japanese and I have never used the word koishii before. 😅
I live and work in Tokyo now so whenever I wanna say that I miss my home country to my Japanese colleagues, I just say "Kikoku shitai" 😂
I'm learning more from your shorts more than my Japanese textbook.. 😂
Ohhhh ありがとうございます!I always hear these words in songs and haven't really realized.
日本人なのにめっちゃ出てくる。
でも可愛いから全然いい笑
さみしいね=i miss you ?
Thank you!!
Can you tell us when to use was and ga particles?
@NihongoDekita
for the first one you brought us directly an example sentence, would be nice if you do it for the other 2 too :)
Sensei! Whats the difference between samishi and sabishi?
Sabishi: i feel sad
samishi: i feel lonely
I think
I believe it is the same. Sometimes they change B to M.
It's the same thing, both means lonely. Although I don't know which situation to use which or is it just personal preference or dialect/area related. You might have to ask sensei about that lol.
They can both mean lonely or like something is missing.
Pronunciation/dialect/accent. M/B are the same or switch >some places
ありがとう, thanks for the lesson as always 👍
So what's the difference between samishii and sabishii?
Great, now I can finally tell no one that I missed them. 👍🏼
Excellent work 💯👏 saying this from Barbados..love to drift that's why am thankful because some day I need to go Japan and all these things google would never show. So am very attentive to learning Japanese 🙏 from your dialect. Rather than the robot.

I LOVE JAPANESE LANGUAGE!!!
I SING SONGS IN JAPANESE WITH LYRICS!!
ARIGATŌ!!!!
❤❤❤❤❤❤
Does あいたい have anything to do with あい(love) and いたい (pain)?
In Korea, We say "Bogosipyo."
Bogosipyo means I miss you.
BTS taught me that one 💜
In my faovrite song Hanabi by Ayumi Hamaski she sings "Aitai yo ne aitai yo" and thats where i first learned the phrase. She sings it so mournfully I got the implication the other person was no longer alive. Is there a certain "I miss you" for the dead or is it still the same?
There's also Kanashii...means sad.
What is the difference between 'Sabishii' and 'Samishii'? Both kanji are written as 寂しい.
I already learned this when mikasa said : " anata ni aitai " when she was sitting next to Eren's grave 😔
What is the difference between 寂しい「さびしい」and 寂しい「さみしい」?
Thank for sharing your good video lesson.
日本のすべてがこいしいです🇯🇵
I hope i got it right
Adorable ❤
えっあなたがいなくて寂しいです!」 よく😂使います “A I ta I~”
Anya:
あ~~
母いなくて寂しい~
母の存在が恋しい~
"Aah~ aanya, haha inakute samishii, haha no sonzai koishii"
Those who know it will get it 😌
The translation tho-
-tai = want
tabetai = want to eat
ikitai = want to go
shitai = want to do
dekitai = want to can
etc.
Bro this channel is so helpful for me. I’m trying to learn Japanese :’)
For the word " さみしい". I m not sure how to use it. Can you make some example?
So Aitai has 4 mora?
Yes
Yall reminding me of that scene in Given when Mafuyu's singing his song and in the middle he says "Samishiiyo" And I cried. The song itself is called "Fuyu no Hanashi" (A winter story) and It's about when Mafuyu's boyfriend died and he never got the chance to say "goodbye".😭😭
「さみしい」には「angry 腹を立てている」という意味もあります。子供に対してよく使い大人がいます。
学校の教師が生徒に対して「先生は、さみしい」と言えば、「先生は、腹を立てている」という意味です。
I feel like 'Aitai' is so much more meaningful than just 'i miss u'..
In my language tai mean shit
@@beamerlol3670 And in my Language Beamer means eat my ass.
and 恋しくて for romantic context right?
Merci and so cute ❤
What's the difference between さみしい and さびしい? My teacher taught us さびしい, is there a difference?
Japanese is most beautiful language I think
ありがとう
How would you use "saiimichi" in a sentence?
In a sentence it goes as follows:
Anata ga inakute samishii
あなたがいなくて寂しい
Without you I am lonely
本当にさみしい😍😊😊
Thank you for this informative lecture.
教えてくれてありがとう
Miss is there a book available to learn how to read and write on Japanese? I saw Japanese novels at a store in my area MD I thought is there a dictionary or a book that teaches the grammar pronunciation of the characters so that I can learn casual conversation as most videos on Japanese were so formal.
Please teacher give me a list of books to seek. ❤❤❤
So cute japanese language ❤❤
Why are you so cute in every video? I came here to learn japanese not to stare at my teacher every video.🙃🙃 Just kidding btw. Great videos. Keep them up

I miss you too beautiful gorgeous Lady❤
What a beauty.
Is there difference between samishii and sabishii?
The fact that I knew both means I watch too many romance anime >_>
When anya says ‘samishii’ in tailor shop.......... 😍😍😍😍
