21:09 photons are not necessarily absorbed by atoms then remitted. The reason that it slows down in a material is due to the group velocity of two waves. One wave is from the original incident beam and the other is from the wave generated by the oscillating electrons in the electromagnetic field.

WONDERFUL TALK! IT IS WORTH TO WATCH IT.

The most important aspect of Physics is to find a new source of energy. Nano photonics is potential systemic solution to this problem. The splitting of water for hydrogen gas fuel probability by the energy from a ‘Negative Refractive Index Meta Material’. The meta material bismuth ferrite, that refracts a gain of energy the will from a weak infrared field to a water splitting ultraviolet radiation. The crux or this system is the bismuth. Water is a perfect source of energy, as there is a near infinite supply. The Bismuth is the only element that is dialectic element. This system is complex, so this explanation is simplified. I did pose this to AI Chat GPT-4 and received an affirmative response. This Talk mirrors the system I had created closely.

5:48 green plants are green because they don't consume photons in the 'green wavelength'.

Existing => quantum continuity => 0-1D interval and an infinity of functional elemental proportions of change => superposition history of rates of change, laws of proportionate connection of Quantum Field Mechanism, Which is timespace spacetime. (Suggested Engineering conceptualization(?))
