Well, in my opinion Burning is not only a better character, but he also wins the matchup lol. There's like, very few characters Burning doesn't win against imo.
@@MrMathsimon I actually tried to play with NewtypeAndy yesterday, but our connection doesn't work. He's in Japan and I'm in Brazil, which has one of the worst routings ever. As good as Duckstation's rollback is, it can only go so far before the distance becomes too much for it to bear :
