This is a horse ranch that can accommodate 4 horses & 4 sims, or however you'd like to mix and match your family members. I chose a 40x30 lot because 30x20 felt too small and 50x50+ too big. Sometimes the largest lots can be bit overwhelming - so a 40x30 it is! I left gates off the horse stalls because in game play they were irritating me and really glitchy.

Hello 😊 This is the first build I made with Horse Ranch - I originally had gates on the horse stalls but removed them because during playing they became annoying with constant opening and closing and glitchy animations. I felt it worked much better without the gates. I hope you enjoy the video & have a wonderful week ♥

This is totally amazing and sharing your skill to us for free is super sweet of you. I enjoyed watching this first ranch build you created. I love how you created the filming effect of items while building and then showing the sims in actions at certain points throughout the building of it which keeps it interesting to watch all the way to the end. It's for sure one that will be downloaded and used in my game. I love this design and might even be used in my next film...which of course your name will be credited if I do use it. Amazing!

Stunning😍One of the best horse ranches build! It looks and feels so real. Love how you decorated and clutters the house. The rond flooring in the kitchen looks really good 🥰. Little tricks like putting the bathtub in the “outdoor” tub looks so cool 🤩. Leaving out the gates in the stables is certainly a win.

Am I dreaming? Is that a round wall (or in this case, platform) in the kitchen? You are the only builder I've seen who has been able to use that tool functionally and esthetically.
And a hamster? Everyone hated that pack but what do you do with it? Include it in your storyline. 👍
EDIT: I'm always blown away by your genius, especially with this pack. I'm not a horse lover myself, but they are common in my area and this design style, from build to buy, is also close to my heart from earliest days of childhood. It's worth buying this pack just so I can download your ranch; I'll probably wait until it goes on sale, tho. 😊
Yes, it's a round platform. NGL, I hate the round walls, you can tell they were an afterthought and they are difficult to work with, so thank you very much for the compliment!

@@katrinajohns4319 I like it more than I thought I would. At first I was bored pretty fast, but then I decide to breed, train and sell horses and that kept me entertained for a while lol. I do like the horses.
@@Schnuck01 I think they did a pretty good job with the horses and I love the build buy 😍 I’ve been building a Spanish style house on the 50x50 i really had a hard time getting started 😅 everything is just brown there but I’m getting close to finishing and I’m going to try a horse I’ve been watching Katrina play some and I like how the horses look and everything but was a little disappointing to see only 2 barrels instead of 3 I’m going to try nectar making at first
@@katrinajohns4319 I love the build/buy, too - and yeah, I think they could of included more animations like leading your horse and I hate that kids can't do jumps or barrels, but overall I like the horses.

Thank you! I didn't have many problems tbh, the horses need a lot of room to turn and small stalls make for glitchy animations . Overall I have enjoyed the pack more than I expected I would.
