The Githyanki Incursion theme campaign got its own adventure path in the online 4th Edition run of Dungeon called Scales of War.

If I remember correct Scales of War happens some time after Incursion. It was inspired of that campaign so they made it similar and assumed the events in Incursion happened and that plays into Scales of War campaign.

I'm definitely gonna run these one day. Not sure whether 3/3.5 or 5e would be better. I am starting to favor OSR styles over newer style games these days.
