I'm constantly amazed at what God is 'really up to'! I've been a born-again Christian since 1979, and videos like this just make me feel like I haven't even started to understand this amazing, wonderful, fantastic, hair-raising, jaw-dropping, precisely-planned, relentlessly-executed, panoramic, breathtaking journey that Adonai has set His people on! ADONAI huh ? well you know where you said it makes you feel like you haven't even begun to understand (as a former church minister) i can confirm... that's correct, you have not begun to understand i have always found it amazing how people can hold onto something for decades even though it's not true, it is truly amazing and you have not begun to understand Here is the first way to know... If you read any bible that we have today and you read it with the intention and understanding that that is the word of god or the instructions from god set forth upon you YOU ARE SO FAR FROM KNOWING IT'S NOT FUNNY because of the obviousness of the lie (They literally tell you its' not true) if you continue to tell yourself it is true, how can you ever hope to grasp what's going on if, when someone tells you it's not true, you come back with.... NO NO BUT I KNOW IT IS you have no chance at that point, do you ? I'll give you another example that doesn't involve god, but involves maths so i knew this accountant one time she doubled as a receptionist , she worked at one of my suppliers, so.. i'm picking up stock one time and she gets the calculation wrong so i correct her, she then tells me that she checked it on her calculator and IT CAN'T BE WRONG LOL (Very strictly speaking that is correct the calculator isn't wrong but a few things can go wrong) well.. i had a look at what she was doing, basically she was mixing operations WITH NO UNDERSTANDING OF HOW BODMAS WORKS so... i show here a simple operation, i ask here What is 1+1x6 = and she says 12 (now that should tell you everything you need to know) she pulls out her calculator and types it in and says SEE IT SAYS 12 so i pull out my phone calculator (Which is a scientific calculator) and mine comes up with 7 I THEN ASK HER TO EXPLAIN THE DIFFERENCE How can one calculator give 12 and the other give 7 Obviously 1 is wrong SHE IS STUMPED Now watch this...... She tells me that she's been using that calculator forever, it can't be wrong (THIS IS FALSE LOGIC) I explain to her that her calculator performs SEQUENTIAL MATHEMATICS, meaning when she puts in 1+1 then presses X (the calculator performs the calculation to that point, hence it will display 2) then when you enter X6 it is effectively calculating 2x6 which is 12 where as a scientific calculator WAITS for the entire calculation then when you press = it APPLIES BODMAS and calculates is all then i said, that's why you are getting my orders wrong all the time Now after all that SHE CONTINUED TO USE HER CALCULATOR Instead of getting a scientific one See, this is how people are when it comes to their bible, They see it as a personal belonging they have a psychological connection and YOU CANNOT TELL THEM THEY ARE WRONG, god forbid so Proven mathematically ... She still uses it to this day think about that huh ?
Shalom. I also understand the Bible this way. Many christians believe in christian teachings and tradition, but do not ask questions about them. Not only Jews follow rules and traditions made by man, so do many christians. We chould ask God more often about sertain matters and read the Bible for ourselves also. Thank you for this informative video. I hope and pray that we will all see each other on the renewed earth and with the renewed heaven and as our newborn selves in our new, perfect bodies. In Yeshua's name I pray. Amen.
That is my prayer also, that we all get to the same destination, to be with the Lord forever! I appreciate everyone sharing their faith on this site and am thankful this Thanksgiving that we have the freedom and the ability to do that on social media today. Happy Thanksgiving, everyone!♥️
Have you yourself thoroughly checked the information provided in this video against scriptures? or just like most you've got subjugated by an eloquent, attractive speech? At John 14:2,3 Jesus clearly taught the twelve that in His Father's house there were many rooms, if not, he would have gone there to prepare a room for them there so that they could be with him forever" Do you actually think God lives on earth? Philippians 3:20,21Paul wrote that our citizenship is IN HEAVEN, "AND WE EAGERLY AWAIT A SAVIOR FROM THERE" Yes our citizenship is in the same place our Lord came from, HEAVEN, not earth. Didn't the writer of Hebrews clearly state that we are awaiting for a better country (or dwelling place) namely A HEAVENLY ONE not an earthly one? (Hebrews 11:16). There are a tone of scriptures like these. We already are living in the new heaven and the new earth if not then Jesus never fulfilled the Law, and His sacrifice did NOTHING for us (Matthew 5:18 pay attention to this scripture)
@@marcelogaye8874 I think what was meant in this video was that we are not going to live in heaven. We are indeed citizens of the heavenly kingdom, in spirit, right now. Paul said: ...our citizencip IS in heaven, not WILL BE in heaven. They allready were citizens of heacven. We allready are citizens of tthe heavenly kingdom when we are are Gods people in Jesus, but we are not going there. The heavenly kingdom is coming down here. The heavens will open up, the earth will be transformed and there will be a new heavens and a new earth, meaning all evil in heaven and on the earth will be destroyednand all will be revealed HERE on a reformed earth. Yes, there is room in our Fathers house. Maby it means room in His family, so we can be a part of his heavenly family and we can be His people. When Jesus comes, 2 Tessalonians 2, we will be taken up into the clouds, and we will go with Jesus to Jerusalem, because we are The New Jerusalem, descendands of Jacob and adopted family members. Heaven comes down here, we do not go into the heavenly kingdom. 2 Tess 2 is Paul speaking of the day of the Lord, that is the day Jesus comes back to the mount of olives with his chosen people and He takes power back from God and judges the world. And probably more. I must say that there are so many details and passages in the Bible that I must say I do not think any of us have the entire big picture yet. We do not know all these things yet. Anyway, we are to be in a 1000 years of peace with him, called the messianic age by the jewish people. A lot will happen on this renewed earth before eternity with God and Jesus. If I have understood it correctly. I can not go through the entire Bible passage for passage and prove check, I do not have the mind capasity for that. But I have read the Bible, the entire Bible, for many years, so I am not new to the scriptures. And I have heartd spoken from the Bible since I was a young girl. The people in this video describe things in a way that I also understand the same way, it klings right accordingly to what I also have read. But yes, we are citizens of the heavenly kingdom, RIGHT NOW. Not later when Jesus gets here. We are going to Jerusalem with Him, together with the Jewish people and descendands of Jacob, we are His holy people toghether with them, Ephesians 2. That all who have all entered the new covenant and has the Spirit of God within us and are chosen by Jesus and has chosen Jesus. If we chose Yeshua Jesus, he choses us, Jew and gentile alike. No one with be a part of the heavenly kingdom without being born again, haveing the Spirit of God within us (also written in Ezekiel 36:22-27, but that is another subject.
Just have to say this..I believe the heavens referred to here in these quotes are different to the kingdom of heaven. The heavens passing away are pointing to the natural cosmos not the Heavenly Kingdom
To my knowledge there are three heavens. The heaven that surrounds earth is our atmosphere. The heaven that is the universe (that keeps expanding) and the heaven where angels and God exist in. There may be more than those three, however.
It seems we will go to heaven for seven years, Then we will come back with Him. I believe based on scripture I'm not listing here. I believe heaven for seven years, earth for a thousand years, and the New Jerusalem after that. Once in the New Jerusalem, not sure if we will be visiting heaven too.
The "God Himself will be with them and be their people" is preceded by, "I saw the holy city, the NEW Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband." Going back a couple of chapters to Revelation 19:5-9 it talks about the marriage of the Lamb to those who have been made ready for this time. I suggest you and those comment here read this passage. Then in verse 11 of the same chapter it tells us of Christ coming to take possession of the throne of David in Zion. This begins the 1000 year reign of Christ on the earth. During this time it would seem the Bride remains in Heaven until chapter 21 when "the holy city" descends upon the earth. And if you add Psalm 139 to this it seems that there is no place we can go, as believers, that God is not already there. In our new bodies shall time and space no longer have a meaning to us as well? Think about it. And in John 14:2-3 Jesus gives us this promise, "In My Father’s house are many dwelling places. If it were not so, I would have told you. I am going to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself, that where I am, you may be also." I will believe Jesus over the words of anyone else.
Thank you for creating videos like this. It's amazing how many people don't know this. But, it's been in there all this time. This is the exact reason we are told to study the word of God deeply - because it's not all lined up nice and neat. You have to read and understand the whole thing - in context.
Yes. I had to look at God’s Word without the distractions of peoples’ interpretations to really understand it better, though I had attended church and even taught the Bible for many years. In this subject matter, I came to the same conclusion. Therefore, I’ve always explained to my kids that we will be with God on Earth 2.0, one without sin and with God Himself as our King of kings!
12 “And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to every one according to his work. 13 I am the Alpha and the Omega, the [d]Beginning and the End, the First and the Last. and His countenance was like the sun shining in its strength. 17 And when I saw Him, I fell at His feet as dead.
Finally, I find a video like this. I see so many just regurgitating what has been taught over and over. In Christianity and regular life, I see so many things that people take for granted when little research proves that it's wrong.
You read the whole story and it tells you everything. I see heaven here on earth. We need to see that. It is written. Love unconditionally and forgive all things forever. Because all the things you will witness, need forgiveness.
I know also all secrets will be revealed and that we will live outside of time. Moreover, for the thousand years we will be with God, we will be able to go back and forth through this present - and the past - age looking in high detail through every event of life, spotting out every secret that ever was.
You guys are getting very close to the truth! Amen and bless God almighty! It drives me crazy when I hear people saying stuff like I’m going to have a Ferrari in my mansion in heaven, and that is so far from the truth. It makes me sick. The passage about many mansions was originally just many, the closest verse that can be found is John 10:16 , the Lord says I have other sheepfolds besides these. Or as you die, you go straight to heaven, when in reality from cover to cover, it explains that we sleep until judgment day. Besides, if we are going somewhere else, how are the meek going to inherit the earth.
WOW, finally, BRAVO. I've been saying this since 1995, that Heaven is not the goal. Man was not created in Heaven, man was created in paradise on Earth. The goal is the kingdom of God (meaning God's governmental rulership) on Earth. The Lord is returning to setup His kingdom on earth.
I'm an ex JWs and according to them, the majority of people will be with a 'New earth.' Even now, I have always kept the 'New earth' with me. In prayer, I have told my heavenly father, that my heaven is the earth. It's such a beautiful place. We were made for earth, so our perfect life, will be on a perfect earth. Glad you have come to this conclusion. The New Jerusalem on Earth, is like the bridge of bringing Heaven and Earth together.

I've been saying this for almost 30 years, and more. Everything in this video also ties into the expansion of the universe. God is everywhere, yes. An expanding universe is not everywhere--not yet. This expanding universe is the post-Big-Bang physical result of the aethereal design originally created by God, which was then contracted and expanded to create the physical universe and the physical bodies we now have. We were non-corporeal before the physical phase of the universe began, and so the answer to the question: Why are we here? is simply to obtain physical bodies and do our best to survive the world until we reach the event in 1 Corinthains 15:50-55 in which "in the twinkling of an eye" we are changed from mortal to immortal. The "twinkling of an eye" is the key point here because in an expanding universe, the only way it could ever fill infinite space is to expand with infinite acceleration to reach infinite speed, and by that unprecedented event, in the twinkling of an eye, we will be changed. The key point here is entropy in an infinite universe that's compressed into a finite (but expanding) area of an infinite space. In just the same way that compression of gasses alters molecular behavior the gasses, the compression of the entire universe alters the vibration and behavior of all the molecules within it, including our DNA, resulting in entropy, degradation, and death; it's like the power behind the curse the world is under--even the amplification of gravity, which would make sense with the "sweat of our brow" in Genesis right after The Fall--which actually fits with the amplification of gravity in a second way with that terminology. The complete expansion of the universe relieves that "cosmic compression", and with that, our spirits will be free to constantly heal and renew our bodies without the interference compression-driven molecular destruction of our DNA over time. Of course, the twinkling of an eye is all it will take for the universe to expand to fill infinite space once it expands at infinite speed. Stars being moved out of their places makes sense with this because the compression of the universe also slows the speed at which light can move. As the compression is relieved and the fabric of space isn't compressed and thickened, the speed of light will increase. We'll no longer have to look at the sky and see an illusion from the past as light from millions of light years travels toward us, but instead, the sky will be filled with stars moving around as the light coming from them accelerates, causing the sky to look like time-lapse video. Presently, the stars we see now are not really located where they seem to be from our isolated vantage point. The speed of light is infinite in an infinite universe that's fully decompressed. But yes, people who want to give up their physical body and live as a spirit forever with God are completely missing the whole reason we came here, which, again, was to get the physical bodies we wanted before we had them. I think people just come down here and sometimes see that they can be a burden if they aren't cared for properly. Many people I've talked to want to just live as pure energy, but they don't know that our eternal bodies are going to be amazing and exactly what we want.
Good study, the Old Heaven And Earth was the Old Covenant which was about to pass away in the first century. The New Heaven and Earth which was near, at hand, coming very soon, at the door, at the divinely appointed time, came in AD70 at the final destruction of the Old Covenant and its city and temple. Full Preterism perfectly explains all questions about our glorious destiny with God.
Yes, I've read Revelation twice over several years. New Jerusalem will be here. At first I thought that it was only for 1000 yrs, and then go elsewhere,; but then on the re-read , the 1000yrs only pertained to Satan in bondage.

I dont care what happens when I die. What I do care about is sharing with others about what Christ did for us. What happens after is up to the Lord God. Until then it is important to remain a simple servant. I do not tempt my Lord with questions. I serve according to my Lords will. I would be happy to scrub toilets in heaven. But would like to be a gardener in the Lord's Garden.
@@jackiemack8653 In Revelation Chapters 2 and 3, Jesus said there will be Believers at the Bema Seat who will wail and gnash their teeth as they are assigned to an "outer darkness". This is not hell, this is proximity to Christ for the 1000 year reign. The Apostle Paul stressed over loosing his rewards and heritage, and cautioned every Believer to seek a life built on the foundation of Christ - and again as Rev 2 and 3 tell us - a life of Overcoming. Each sin we commit post salvation, is one we are instructed by Christ to "overcome". That means, we have defeated this sin so thoroughly, we can teach and coach others fallen prey to the same sin, from escaping or overcoming the same sin. We are to become available to be called in to the game of life to assist each one in achieving this Overcomer status, as it is THESE people who will attend the Wedding Ceremony, and then to rule and reigh WITH Christ! So. Jackie, if you want to spend 1000 years close to Christ - find all about Overcoming and how to make it happen! The Prodigal Son did not loose his "sonship" but he did loose his inheritance. The children of Israel to includ Moses, failed at Kadish Barnea, and they did not loose their Israeli relationsihp with God, but all but 2 (plus those under 21 at the time of Joshua's returning with news of the Nephilim in the Promised Land - to include Moses, roamed the desert for 40 years until an entire generation croaked! Those who died in the deseret, did not loose their status as a favored nation with God, but did loose their inehritance! There are over 19 Parables, and real event happenings, that tell us many will come to heaven but not all will be pleased with their status - based upon being "satisifed" with getting there and disenchanted with earning favor with Jesus - turning back to God the Wedding Presents God gave the Son for His bride! This is serious! Be careful settling for less than all God has in store for each Believer!
@@perazdera2827 Mathew is quoting Jesus as He transitions to the Tribulation saints! The Church is already raptured, standing before the Lord. There is the Bema Seat for the Church Age (who -"if so be, we suffer with Him...) will rule and reign with Christ during the millennial reign. Those wh are being discussed in the verses you quted, are for folks who failed to accept Christ as the propitiation for their sins. They are called Believers. In Revelation 2 and 3, Jesus Christ tells us who will "avoid the time of Jacob's trouble", and "who will go into the time of Trouble..." and then, as with Smirna and Philadelphia, will AVOID the Times of Trouble - by being tansformed from human bodies to multidimensional, raptured. "... for we shall see Him as He is ..." How can we see "Him as He is"? In glorified bodies! If you as one who THINKS they are a Belever, experiences the Judgement Seat of God - guess what? You believed a false christ! The Real For by Grace are we saved, throuhg Faith, and not that of ourselves - NOT OF WORKS! - less any man should boast! If any one can loose their salvation, then it wasn't much of a salvation, was it? However, we must understand that it is important to be truly sowerful of our sins and sinful nature, desire to be "born of the Spirit" (think: Nicodemus) which, occurs at the time of the Rapture, or, immediately as a result of the physical death. Please read everything before (especially!) and after the passages you quote, because, the passage you sent is irrelevant to true Christians - True Overcomers - True Followers of Christ - True Believers. It is not meant for any of Christ's to experience the second death! Nor, the Times of Jacob's Trouble (non-Believing Jews), nor the Times of Wrath! If one is an Overcomer right now, then one will not be here for the Judgement of the Sheep and Goats, nor will one attend the Judgement Seat of God. Instead, the Church Age (right now Believers) will get a sort of combination rewards ceremony and Job interview at the Bema Seat.
@@jackiemack8653 I saw your response and question to me in my email - but can't find the comment about your health. I just lived through this with my wife's youngest son (her previous marriage). He gave up and asked the same question. What I told him was to "Overcome". That is what the lord asks us to do. What Christ said in Rev 2 and 3, those who Overcome will "serve, rule and reign" with Christ. What you might consider finding for yourself, is to volunteer to speak with others in a similar situation as you, to provide hope and fulfilment for them! I mean, that comes to mind immediately, however, it might just be using this time - even though you might be in great pain, to study His word - preparing yourself for His Kingdom(s) - (Millennial Reign and the Eternal Kingdom.) There must be adequate Pain Management programs as I am in one myself. My back and body have more metal than a '57 Cadilac El Dorado! Everytime I move I hurt. Every time i DON'T move I hurt! So, I sent for and study each day, using the Bibilical Study items available at Koinonina House, or at KHous.org. These are largey the works of Dr Chuck Missler and so after all the years I have been a Christian and mostly a "not-so-good" Christian! God set me down where I can do nothing but study and learn. SO! I am doing virtually nothing but studying and learning. Why? As I go back over all my sins, I am learing to Overcome them. That means to me, becoming able to either help someone headed the wrong way avoid the pitfalls, or, for someone entangled in a similar sin, how to get out and to turn that Believer Liability into an asset. Having read all that I have said - would you have known I can barely get out of a chair, and sometimes even into a wheel chair? And the, not far in that? That I have to take pain meds just to be able to keep my eyes closed long enough to rest - some what? I bet - No. However, my words don't reflect my inabilities. While "tied down with diability and pain" I took English 1A twice just to learn how to properly understand sentences and to create understandable sentences. and from there, to finding resources to learn more about God's Word. Dr Arnold Fruchtenbaum's books, partiuclarly, "The Footsteps of the Messiah" provided an awesome foundation for then launching into areas of the Lord that seem most relebvant to my needs. From that moment of recognizing where my value - my purpose in life might be, I have become certain that during the millennial reign, i will serve close to Jesus doing things for the Kingdom, I would not have been able to do if Christ had not provided my illnesses so I would have the time to study and to prepare for that period of history! Make sense? - Let me know! As I could share a heck of a lot more that might be useful to you!

Thank you for having to courage to say it. This is exactly what I have come to understand, some of it word for word. As a former JW, I was well aware of all the scriptures that said we would live on the earth and inherit the earth (though these can be in the context of Israel in the OT). After becoming born again I never felt comfortable with going to heaven. I accepted it as doctrine but it never sat right. Over the years, reading the Bible with new eyes I also came to the same conclusions as you have. Even regarding the Kingdom of God/Heaven. If you haven't already, could you do a teaching on the difference between the soul and the spirit, I still see so many teachers getting this wrong.
The soul is our flesh body. Spirit is like air. We can’t see it. Its invisible but, that doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist. When the spirit (air) leaves the body, what happens? You’ve stopped breathing. What happens when we stop breathing? The soul (body) dies.
@@soulbreeda No, your body is you body, Your soul is that breath of life that makes you who you are more in line with the mind or intellect, and your spirit is what wars against the flesh (body) the flesh (body) wars against the spirit. Which one you choose to feed is controlled by the soul. So if the soul is flesh, you cannot be saved, but if the soul is the mind and has the ability of free will, it has the ability to choose for the spirit and not the flesh. When you die, as the video pointed out, the earthly body dies and gives way to a spiritual body.
@@soulbreeda I'm not arguing with you either, but since we both claim to be following what the Bible says I suggest you read in Genesis 2 about how God created man. He made the body out of dust, but it was just a form. There was no life in it. Then God breath into man and he became a living SOUL. This is interesting since of all the other living creatures, who also possessed life and soul, man was the first creation where God breathed that soul into man. Forgive my lengthy explanations, but as a writer I think better writing my thoughts out and sometimes (a lot of times) the explanation is too long. I apologize for that.
The spirit is not some sort of immortal consciousness. Ecclesiastes 12:7 talks about the spirit returning to God when we die. No distinction is made between the saved and the unsaved. So what is the spirit? It is a poetic way of saying your life force. Indeed, the English Contemporary Version renders the term the breath of life in the above quoted scripture verse.
I really liked this presentation! I, too, have questioned whether the traditional teaching we've received is accurate. For the most part, I don't believe those who have taught - or yet teach - that when we die we go to heaven have been /are being deceitful. I chalk it up to our ignorance and not investigating further. I have been as guilty as anyone in this regard. Yet, when reading that the 1500-cubic-mile New Jerusalem is supposed to descend to the New Earth from Heaven - as stated in Revelation - I saw a contradiction. All the nations on Earth are supposed to give honor to the New Jerusalem and to the One who sits on the throne there. Your video has been encouraging. We're not establishing a new doctrine, just clarifying the traditional one: it is, as best I can tell, in accordance with God's word. Another note: I also enjoyed the tag-team presentation. Some might see it as a persuasion tactic - but two witnesses on a controversial topic strengthens the argument. Well done!
It's when all peoples are functioning in full awareness of the holy spirit. When the earth moves into a new position in the universe on the earth progress on its ascent. It's not just us going up it to everything.
I have heard this explanation before, as well as the conventional one. But where I still get hung up is when Jesus said to the thief on the cross, "This day you will be with me in paradise."
Thank you for bringing up a point I wanted to address! I agree with what the people in the video are saying regarding our heavenly bodies, the new heavens, and the new earth. However, they did not address what will happen BEFORE then, i.e. between the moment that we die and the moment that we are resurrected in our new bodies. In that interim, we will indeed be with God in paradise. Christ referred to paradise as "the bosom of Abraham" in his parable of the rich man and Lazarus (Luke 16:19-31). And Paul stated in his letter to the Philippian church that he would be with Christ after dying: "For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain. If I am to live in the flesh, that means fruitful labor for me. Yet which I shall choose I cannot tell. I am hard pressed between the two. My desire is to depart and be with Christ, for that is far better. But to remain in the flesh is more necessary on your account" (Philippians 1:21-24). Finally, as you mentioned, Christ told the thief on the cross, "Today you will be with me in paradise" (Luke 23:43). So just to summarize again, after we die - and before the time that the Lord gives us new bodies and creates a new heaven and earth - we will be with him in (the currently existing) heaven.
Don’t shoot the messager, but paradise is not heaven. Ok, here it comes - paradise is where all (everybody) went before the coming of Christ. Ephesians 4:9 says “ now that he ascended, what is it, but that he also descended first into the lower parts of the Earth” Why did he go to Hades or hell when he died, is to preach to, and bring the holy ones out of Hades. @@tommysaia4005 In the 11 months since I posted that, I have reached another conclusion. I was lead to another channel called Ministry Revealed. It answered several questions I had including differences in the Synoptic gospels.
The Kingdom of Heaven is within our eternal Temple...where do we need to go, and for what reason ... He dwells in us ... all that to say how wonderful to find my family...aloha
I can't express how much I agree with your description of things to come. I believe all that are in the grave await one of two ressurections. 1st ressurection at 2nd coming of christ immediately after the tribulation of those days. Matthew 24:29. And 2nd ressurection at the end of the 1000yr is expired when satans powers are returned and satan goes out to decieve the ressurected unbelievers and they encamp the saints in the new Jerusalem. And God consumes Satan and all unbelievers in fire called lake of fire. Refurbishing the earth.
I do believe there will be a new heavens a New Earth but those of us who are born again from Jesus Christ our Lord and savior when we die here on Earth our spirit goes to be with him until that time just like Jesus said to the one crucified with him who said he believed in him you will be with me and heaven today

I believe you are correct! I've seen this evidence in the Bible myself. Also, a few years ago, I discovered a website called, "Freedom Force Battalion," with Melissa Repill. She wrote a book named, "1,000 Years of Peace" that says the same thing! She says the Lord took her through the book of Revelation and showed her the truth about these latter days. She explains the beast and the two witnesses and the false prophet and many other things in the book of Revelation. If you look at these things in the time we are in now, what she writes makes sense! It's a very inexpensive book and a quick read. Look into it! I look forward to hearing more from you as well!!! Thank you for making my day!!!
Please address two things: 1) to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord, and 2) what happens in the interim period, or immediately after death.
When Paul was talking about being absent from the body he was referring to this mortal body. He was looking ahead to the promised resurrection when he would be clothed with a new body. So, to be absent from this body would mean he was dead. And in what would seem like an instance to him, he would be resurrected into a new body and would meet the Lord. It does not mean that he would be present with the Lord in the form of a disembodied spirit or soul. Death is death. A complete cessation of life. It is what we deserve. But God will raise the redeemed to life everlasting. There is nothing inbetween.
This is a good question to ask and yes many people get the question of eternity wrong. Thank you for the video this is my first time being here. I would say though that heaven and heavens plural are not the same thing. Heavens, refer generally to the sky that we see or the cosmos in and of itself like where the stars are. The third heaven where Paul is called up, is the eternal realm where God is. To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord Paul tells us. I believe it seems, and I'm not completely dogmatic on this, that when you die you go to heaven as a temporary place as it were, and then get fitted with a new body at the final consummation of the ages. Or everything is wrapped up and the new heavens plural, and earth are ushered in and people are fitted with eternal bodies physical bodies that are just as Christ's body is after the resurrection. Jesus comes back in the same way as he went away. Acts 1 and the gospels show this. Certainly heaven is not going around and floating playing harp, floating on clouds and being bored. And hell is a place where you can party with your buddies. No that's Hollywood lying to you and Dante and Greek mythology showing you these things. Sadly we are catechized by the world so much more than we are the word
Thanks for your comment Richard (I’m assuming you’re Richard?) Regarding heaven vs the heavens, I don’t think such a clear distinction works. You’ll note from verses mentioned in the video that Jesus said heaven will pass away and Peter said the heavens will be destroyed by fire, so even if there was a clear distinction they’re both covered. But Paul also talks about our eternal dwelling in the heavens which by your definition would simply mean in the sky, which doesn’t work in that context.
Also regarding Paul saying leaving the body means being with Lord, that he means going to heaven before resurrection, we discuss that in our podcast video called “Where Do We Go When We Die?”. You might find that discussion interesting. Thanks for engaging with us!
I have never heard anyone ever teach that Heaven will pass away. This is a rather sad interpretation that robs the faithful Christian of living with the Lord forever in that beautiful realm above, which has often described in many famous hymns. The Heaven that will pass away is not the perfect place where God now lives, (the third heaven mentioned in 2 Cor. 12:2-4) but rather it is the first and second heaven where the birds fly (Matt.8:20) and where the stars are (Heb.11:12). Also, the New Heaven and Earth of Revelation 21:1 is a metaphorical designation of the abode of the righteous and is used similarly in Isaiah 65:17-19; 66:22 in this manner. The Bible teaches we have only ONE hope and it is of Heaven above, not here below as Jehovah's Witnesses and others teach. (Eph.4:4; Colossians 1:5 ) " For the hope which is laid up for you in heaven, whereof ye heard before in the word of the truth of the gospel;" Indeed, Jesus will NOT be coming back to earth, for Christians will meet Him in the air, and be with Him forever when He returns. (I Thess.4:17) No one verse teaches otherwise! John 14:2 "In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. 3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also." ruclips.net/video/e5fuyxg-JPM/видео.html&ab_channel=BiblicalTruth
Recent hymns may describe living in the realm above, but scripture doesn't. We address 1 Thess and John 14 in our podcast discussion here: ruclips.net/video/ReobzdXj97E/видео.html Nowhere does the Bible teach that we will live in heaven.

This is kinda like what the Jehovah's Witnesses believe, we will live here on the new earth. But they believe 144,000 will live in heaven to reign over the new earth. What do you guys think of Revelation 14:1-5?

This video teaches exactly what the Bible repeatedly teaches in plain, straight-forward, unambiguous language. ✴ _Blessed are the meek, for they will inherit the earth._ (Matthew 5: 5, NIV) ✴ _The righteous will inherit the earth and dwell in it forever._ (Psalms 37: 29, NAB) ✴ _The highest heavens belong to the LORD, but the earth He has given to mankind._ (Psalms 115: 16, BSB)

This message hopefully will bless many and open their eyes to do away with tradition and follow the only authority we have which is the scripture. Not a pope and not a preacher man.
2 Peter 3:10 “But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.” The heavens not heaven! In the Bible the heavens are what we see in the sky at night. When JESUS saysMatthew 24:35 “Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.” it was used metaphorically.
Baptism IS for the forgiveness of sins to contact the blood of Christ as you say, but it has to be immersion for those who are able to believe and repent of their sins - Acts 2:38; Romans 6:3-4; Mark 16:16 "He who believes and is baptized shall be saved..."
@@mauriceb53 I quoted the final lines of the Nicene Creed merely to point out that, even as late as 325 CE, the notions of Heaven and Hell were not yet integral to Christian belief. John 3:16 proposes "perishing" (death, annihilation - not eternal punishment) as the alternative to "everlasting life". Heaven, Hell and and the Immortal Soul capable of tolerating either were later inventions by the Church - inventions which the Reformation, for all its claims of adherence to Sola Scriptura, nonetheless adopted as its own.
You cannot see the kingdom of God if you are not born again spiritually. So you can search all you want, the mysteries will not be revealed to you if you have not completely surrendered yourself to God and He makes you born again from above. Because then the holy spirit will show you. Jesus is the way the truth and the life no one comes to the father but through him.
When we die our souls go to Heaven, which is the third heaven as seen by Paul the apostle. After the first resurrection we go back to Heaven for the Lords Supper. We come back to earth to rule with Christ for a thousand years before the final judgement and eternity, when our Heavenly Father will come down to the new earth to dwell with us forever.
I started reading the Bible on my own in 1981. I was floored by how many things I had wrong. That was the year I "discovered" the new heaven and the new earth and that the new Jerusalem would be the dwelling place of God. No more curse! The Tree of Life available to all. Everything restored. And, of course...people do NOT become angels with wings! Read it for yourself!
Thanks for the video. Some very interesting things to think about for sure. I’d like to see a part 2 about what happens to the people who die before Heaven comes to earth and God dwells with people. Also an explanation of the verse that speaks about being absent from the body being present with the Lord.
Right - my impression is we believers go to heaven temporarily until the end of the age, then receive those glorified bodies to rule and reign with Christ on Earth
1 Thessalonians 4:13-18 (HCSB) We do not want you to be uninformed, brothers, concerning those who are asleep, so that you will not grieve like the rest, who have no hope. Since we believe that Jesus died and rose again, in the same way God will bring with Him those who have fallen asleep through Jesus. For we say this to you by a revelation from the Lord: We who are still alive at the Lord’s coming will certainly have no advantage over those who have fallen asleep. For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the archangel’s voice, and with the trumpet of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are still alive will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air and so we will always be with the Lord. Therefore encourage one another with these words.
An end time prophecy that is in every Christians Bible: . Isaiah 66:5 Hear the word of Jehovah, YOU men who are trembling at his word: “YOUR brothers that are hating YOU, that are excluding YOU by reason of my name, said, ‘May Jehovah be glorified!’ He must also appear with rejoicing on YOUR part, and they are the ones that will be put to shame.” . [Name of person] is no longer one of JEHOVAH's Witnesses ----> excluding YOU by reason of MY NAME . Jehovah's promise to EX-JWs: . "He ** MUST ** also appear with rejoicing on YOUR part" . It is therefore reasonable for an EX-JW to believe that Jesus Christ will appear during their lifetime! . What Jehovah said would happen at the time of the end, is really happening! . I will swear that Jehovah was right! . Jeremiah 4:2 And [if] you will certainly swear, ‘As Jehovah is alive in truth, in justice and in righteousness!’ then in him the nations will actually bless themselves, and in him they will boast about themselves.” . Praise Jehovah! . .
Any further movement on the new format considering the after death before resurrection? My initial thought is earthly time is just that. From death to resurrection perhaps will be instantaneous in the other realm.
When push comes to shove, as long as we are in the presence of God, it really doesn't matter where we are! ( When I say God: I mean the God of Abraham, Issac, and Jacob; the very God Jesus referred to as Father. )
If one believes that they have eternal life , what's the big deal? whether we go up or He comes down or if all believers get raptured up and return with Him in the new Jerusalem to the new earth, it's all good right"?
I think you should add to this video in that when we die nothing happens immediately. I feel as though a lot of people assume that when we die we either go to heaven or hell which is not the case. The dead no nothing, they wait for the day the Lord returns and then we will all be judged.
I am excited about the Future.. thank you for this information! What about the sinner on the cross next to Jesus? Today you will be with me in paradise? Or those who die before the New Heaven and Earth? Where are all who have died before? I know some say we 'sleep' yet Abraham could see those in torment? Lol.. I'm Always full of questions and Really appreciate your shared this truth...
Can you discuss the verses that deal with Hell sometime in the near future. That place and it's mythologies are irreconcilable to loving God. You guys need to address this subject for the sake of millions who actually think God might do this to them.
I'm surprised you didn't talk about the transitional state, as that's where I think 99% of the confusion comes from. Until Christ returns, dead believers' bodies are decaying in their graves, but their souls are somewhere else. Two examples: the parable of Lazarus and the rich man; and the thief on the cross. In the parable, Lazarus has clearly died, but Jesus has not yet returned. Lazarus is in "Abraham's Bosom," yet clearly his body buried somewhere else. His soul is with Abraham, whom we know was buried some 2000 years before Jesus came. So there is a spiritual place, which Jesus calls Hades, where both the good and the bad go to await judgment, the good being gathered with the saints, the bad being in torment. Likewise, Jesus told the thief on the cross that "this day you will be with me in Paradise." Clearly he meant the transitional place, Hades or Sheol, where we wait without our bodies for Jesus to return and judge the world. I've always thought of it like this: Heaven is wherever Jesus is. So whether that is the New Earth or Hades,/Sheol, we can confidently say that the departed in Christ are in Heaven.
I want to be respectful, but everything mentioned has been taught to me since adulthood in my Assembly of God church plus at the Biblic College I graduated from, Southwestern Assemblies of God University. Nothing new to me.
There is only ONE Gospel: Gospel of Reconciliation. All other gospels are accursed. Jesus Christ came into THEIR kingdom (Lucifer's kingdom) to reconcile fallen angels unto Himself. We are the fallen angels kept in DNA chains of darkness. If you do not confess being a fallen angel in Lucifer's kingdom, then you are an unbeliever. Unbeliever = those that claim to be made in the image of God.
what i learned and this is only from what iv been taught and stuff is yes jesus will come down to earth for 1000 years of peace for HIS people the rest of us if we,re saved are gonna go up to heaven with him the earth is gonna be gone and there will be a city in heaven waiting for us but the whole thing of him coming down is to give his people a second chance
John.14 [1] Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. [2] In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. [3] And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also. Christ goes to prepare the kingdom which he brings with him at the appointed time Christ will be in the kingdom and they will be allowed in as one of the sheep (Matt. 25:31-34) to inherit everlasting life. Matt 19 [27] Then answered Peter and said unto him, Behold, we have forsaken all, and followed thee; what shall we have therefore? [28] And Jesus said unto them, Verily I say unto you, That ye which have followed me, in the regeneration when the Son of man shall sit in the throne of his glory, ye also shall sit upon twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel. [29] And every one that hath forsaken houses, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my name's sake, shall receive an hundredfold, and shall inherit everlasting life. Some are of heaven and some are of earth. Abram was shown both. We who believe what Christ did for us in the shedding of his blood, death and resurrection are of the heavens. It is not that complicated to search out in scriptures. Before we physically die we are crucified with Christ and we are risen with HIm. Carefully read Eph. 1 Eph 2 [4] But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, [5] Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;) Lucifer was dwelling in the high place. Eph 6 [12] For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. They go at the end of the world but we fill the spots that they were to occupy and replace the evil with the righteousness that we obtained thru what Christ did for us on the cross. You gave an interesting presentation but not a word on how we are saved. Not only do most miss the part about the kingdom being brought down from heaven but they miss the part in which we are saved today. and believe the wrong message.
Very interesting! Could this new knowledge be part of how our knowledge is increased in the Last Days? And, how does the Lord’s thousand year reign fit into this chronologically?
This isn't new knowledge. It's knowledge that isn't taught much by lazy pastors/priest or political pastors/priests or pastors/priests more interested in teaching other agendas. The millenial kingdom cleans up the mess left over after the Tribulation and allows Satan his final rebellion against God. This last rebellion involves mortal man in Satan's attempt. Following this, God creates a new heavens, a new earth and bridges the two with His heavenly city that he went to prepare for us.
@@trea319 Yes, of course, I have read and studied God’s Word for 35 years but I find that I’m still learning from His amazing words to us. And, it does say that in the Last Days knowledge will be increased, and to me, that would certainly refer to His Word, not that we would make up new scriptures, no way, but that as every human hears the gospel as it says so in the Bible, then knowledge is increasing. Usually people ascribe this to science and all of the discoveries we’ve made in the last hundred years, but in my mind, it isn’t limited to science but knowledge of the Creator Himself.
Let's analyse the following verses - that many preach is about the purpose of Christ's 2nd coming. 1 Corinthians 15:22-29 > For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive. But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ's at His coming. Then cometh the end, when He shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when He shall have put down all rule and all authority and power. For He must reign, till He hath put all enemies under His feet. The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death. For HE hath put all things under His feet. But when HE saith all things are put under Him, it is manifest that HE is excepted, which did put all things under Him. And when all things shall be subdued unto Him, then shall the Son also Himself be subject unto HIM that put all things under Him, that God may be All in All. However, the above verses are referring to Christ's final coming to gather Believers in the Resurrection to Life and unbelievers to the Resurrection to Judgement. For ease of convenience in the above verses HE & HIM refer to the Father and He, His & Him refer to Jesus Christ. It's clear that death can only be destroyed at the end just before the New Earth and New Jerusalem come into being wherein God the Father will dwell with Believers after the Son has accomplished that which the Father had entrusted to Him. Besides, Revelation 21:8 is about unbelievers etc. Only Believers are presented by Jesus before the Father as blameless - Colossians 1:22-23 > In the body of His flesh through death, to present you holy and unblameable and unreproveable in HIS sight: If ye continue in the faith grounded and settled, and be not moved away from the hope of the gospel, ... It's also clear that all rebellion is put out only after the thousand year reign of Christ on this first Earth following His 2nd coming from the following verses in Revelation 20:7-9 > And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison, And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog, and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea. And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city: and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them. Revelation 21:8 > But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death. [The following verses clearly indicate that Resurrection to Life (and the gathering unto Him) will be at the end of the thousand year reign of Christ from Jerusalem when the heavens (first heaven - where the birds fly and second heaven where the sun, moon & stars are) are no more.] Job 14:12-15 > So man lieth down, and riseth not: till the heavens be no more, they shall not awake, nor be raised out of their sleep. O that Thou wouldest hide me in the grave, that Thou wouldest keep me secret, until Thy wrath be past, that Thou wouldest appoint me a set time, and remember me! If a man die, shall he live again? all the days of my appointed time will I wait, till my change come. Thou shalt call, and I will answer Thee: Thou wilt have a desire to the work of Thine hands. Who are the unbelievers in Christ ? those that follow other created gods - Deuteronomy 32:8-9 > When the Most High divided to the nations their inheritance, when HE separated the sons of Adam, HE set the bounds of the people according to the number of the Heavenly assembly. For the Lord's portion is HIS people; Jacob is the lot of HIS inheritance. Psalm 82:1-7 > God standeth in the congregation of the mighty; HE judgeth among the gods... I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High. But ye shall die like men,... [The fallen created gods and their minions in Hell who can never again come to faith - Luke 16 below) and unbelievers living at the end of Christ's millenium reign make their final attempt to war against God (Revelation 29 below) and are then forever cast into outer darkness and away from the presence of God.] Luke 16:25-26 > But Abraham said, Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivedst thy good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things: but now he is comforted, and thou art tormented. And beside all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed: so that they which would pass from hence (Paradise) to you cannot; neither can they pass to us, that would come from thence (Hell) . Revelation 20:7-9 > And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison, And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog, and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea. And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city (Jerusalem): and fire came down from God out of Heaven, and devoured them. The reward for Believers - Genesis 15:1 > After these things the word of the Lord came unto Abram in a vision, saying, Fear not, Abram: I am thy shield, and thy exceeding great reward. Believers spared from the final wrath - 2 Thessalonians 1:8-10 > In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ: Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of His power; When He shall come to be glorified in His saints, Shalom

The immediate departure of a soul & arrival into heavenly bliss is a Catholic/ pagan myth. Plainly written for all with eyes to see, "death" throughout the Old & New Testament is described as "sleep". As when Jesus told the apostles that "Lazarus sleeps"... meaning "dead". So, when do the chosen get to rise? "Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice and shall come forth; they that have done good, unto 1) the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto 2) the resurrection of damnation." John 5:28 - 29 In these plainly written two verses in the Gospel of John, the numbers "1)" & "2)" are added to exemplify what is often overlooked, namely that there will be two resurrections. N.B. scripture talks of two separate & distinct resurrections. Further, also plainly written is the word "all". What does "all" mean? Where do you think "all that are in the graves" are? And what of... I Cor 15:51-54 "Behold, I show you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, 52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. 53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. 54 So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory." Off the top of my head for e.g. "... the dead in Christ shall rise first." So, if one is not "in Christ", one will not be part of 'rising first' AKA the first resurrection... & there's plenty more quotes to confirm this be raised phenomenon, for e.g. "...at the last trump(et)" apart from being changed, something else will happen. Paul says: "the dead shall be raised incorruptible. Where were the dead raised from? Answer: the grave. Where in the Bible does Christian teaching state when we did we go straight to heaven or hell or purgatory. Purgatory is an invention of the 'universal church'. If ever the path to destruction is wide, how wide can it be if 'universal'? In this "time of the end" don't you think it's time to abandon the lies & discover the truth? A great number of other Biblical quotes that contradict 'a common Christian' belief (actually pagan) that "there is no break in consciousness at death." Such a belief echoes the first lie ever told to mankind (relating to the state of the dead) by the serpent to Eve, "Ye shall not surely die." Gen 3:4. This quote is far more accurate than one might think. Think of the term "surely die". Most are still "not sure" what happens when they dies. They joke about it or are too proud to admit they really don't know. So, Satan, as a liar, was right. Most still don't have a clue, in that "Ye shall not surely die"... precisely why Satan wants you to be uncertain, because he wants you to doubt what scripture plainly states. The average person's bigger problem is that they don't understand what the term "soul" even means. They invent stuff contrary to what is plainly written in the Bible. For e.g. "And the Lord God formed man out of the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul." Gen 2:7. I doesn't say God gave Adam a soul, as if the soul was separate from the body. Scripture clearly states man became a living soul when God combined (the ingredients of) a body and breath together. When man stops breathing, God said (to Adam) 'For dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return." Gen 3:19 Note how God didn't say, "and you'll go straight to heaven." Do you think there will be "dust" in heaven. But let's not even go there yet... most are too muddled to begin understanding such spiritual concepts, because "spiritual things are spiritually discerned". Too many claim to be 'spiritual' when they haven't even "tested" the spirit that's in them. Test, according to what standard. There is so much to know, but that's because of ignorance. Research reveals the words "soul" and "spirit" are used over 1600 times in the Bible, but not once are either given any connotations of life, personality, wisdom, knowledge or sense of 'being' when separated from the body. It can also be shown from Biblical texts how, more than 50 times death is called "sleep". A Concordance proves this, along with a plain reading of Biblical tests. For e.g. "So David slept with his fathers and was buried in the city of David" 1 Kings 2:10 "Lest I sleep the sleep of death" Psalms 13:3 "There is no work, nor device, nor knowledge, nor wisdom, in the grave whither thou goest." Ecclesiastes 9:10 "The dead praise not the Lord, neither any that go down into silence." (death) Psalm 115:17. Now wouldn't one think, if there is no break in consciousness at death, that the dead would at least be praising God for their new found gift of eternal life? (Nope, because they're not there yet.) And what about Isaiah 38:18 and Psalm 88:10-12 "For the grave cannot praise thee, death cannot celebrate thee; they that go down into the pit (grave) cannot hope for thy truth." Even King David, hasn't ascended into the heavens, why? because he awaits for the resurrection. Acts 2:29,34 states this plainly, "Men and brethren, let me freely speak unto you of the patriarch David, that he is both dead and buried, and his sepulchre is with us unto this day." 34 For David is not ascended into the heavens:" Etc, etc. there's lots to learn, and what about the term "the second death"? This is where things become clear...
It would look awkward for a 1500 mile square block to set on a round earth. Would Rev 20:9 make more sense of the 1500 mile square setting down on a translation that calls earth a broad plain?
I’ve been trying to help the brethren out and understanding these Biblical concepts… our promised land in a spiritual sense is our glorified body which is the point of the feast day Tabernacles where they were to make tents to dwell in symbolizing Gods plan from Adams fall…. But we live in the Revelation 3:17 church … wretched, pitiful, blind, poor and naked because the teaching from pastors is so poor. Keep up the good work
This explains it so well. I had known this from other studies but this is such a helpful communication tool about it. Thank you! May God bless and keep you and yours in vigorous health, strength, and wisdom. Cheers!
Ecclesiastes 1:4 says " ...the earth abides forever" , so the term "new Earth " would have to be this earth cleaned up as "new". This earth will be destroyed by fire just like it was destroyed by the flood, but the earth remains and God's people can and will be protected through that tribulation. "The earth abides forever."
I cannot find any scripture that says we will be in heaven forever, rather the new Jerusalem will come down from heaven to earth. I do however see that we will be in heaven while the tribulation is taking place on earth for seven years and then we, a great army will return with Jesus at His second coming.
The problem for modern westerners is our bent toward interpreting the Bible literalistically. It's hard for us to not to think in material terms. When Jesus and Peter spoke of heaven and earth passing away and a new heaven and earth, they were not referring to the physical creation but to covenants. Josephus tells us that the Jews referred to their temple and their covenant with God as "heaven and earth." So, heaven and earth passing away was referring to the inevitable and imminent destruction of the temple and abrogation of the old covenant that occurred when Christ returned in judgment against Israel in AD 70. At that same time, Jesus vindicated his followers and consummated his relationship with them (the church), fully validating and establishing the new covenant or "new heaven and earth." So, another way to think of "heaven and earth," is to understand it as the relationship between heaven and earth, or that is to say, the relationship between God and man, as established by God through his covenants. It's this same literalistic interpretation that causes confusion regarding the new Jerusalem. The new Jerusalem coming down out of heaven is a metaphor for the church, i.e., the bride of Christ. It comes down out of heaven because the church does not originate from earth (man) but from heaven (the Holy Spirit of God). The contrast is that God would no longer dwell with man in a temple made of stone but through his church. He would dwell in the hearts of believers, or as Paul said, in a "temple of living stones." The second mistake people make regarding the new Jerusalem is thinking that it refers to some eternal and ethereal spiritual state. It's simply describing the relationship or dwelling with God that we now have in this new covenant era. Thank you for the video and the opportunity to share these thoughts.
Thank you for making this video...I have learned this w/simple comprehension and the multitude of verses in Isaiah that speak of a renewed earth, where...." the cow and the bear will graze, Their young will lie down together, And the lion will eat straw like the ox. The nursing child will play by the hole of the cobra, And the weaned child will put his hand on the viper’s den. ISA 11:7-8...not to mention that Jesus is the human Messiah that was raised from the dead and those who are true believers will be resurrected to eternal life here on a renewed earth w/God the Father and Jesus our king

Jesus is the sabbath, there was no sabbath for the first 1500 years, No law had been written till Moses. The sabbath was given to the Jews, Ezekiel 20:12, not the gentiles. It was a law unto them.

ADONAI huh ?
well you know where you said it makes you feel like you haven't even begun to understand (as a former church minister) i can confirm... that's correct, you have not begun to understand
i have always found it amazing how people can hold onto something for decades even though it's not true, it is truly amazing and you have not begun to understand
Here is the first way to know...
If you read any bible that we have today and you read it with the intention and understanding that that is the word of god or the instructions from god set forth upon you YOU ARE SO FAR FROM KNOWING IT'S NOT FUNNY
because of the obviousness of the lie (They literally tell you its' not true)
if you continue to tell yourself it is true, how can you ever hope to grasp what's going on if, when someone tells you it's not true, you come back with.... NO NO BUT I KNOW IT IS
you have no chance at that point, do you ?
I'll give you another example that doesn't involve god, but involves maths
so i knew this accountant one time she doubled as a receptionist , she worked at one of my suppliers, so.. i'm picking up stock one time and she gets the calculation wrong so i correct her, she then tells me that she checked it on her calculator and IT CAN'T BE WRONG LOL (Very strictly speaking that is correct the calculator isn't wrong but a few things can go wrong)
well.. i had a look at what she was doing, basically she was mixing operations WITH NO UNDERSTANDING OF HOW BODMAS WORKS
so... i show here a simple operation, i ask here
What is 1+1x6 = and she says 12 (now that should tell you everything you need to know)
she pulls out her calculator and types it in and says SEE IT SAYS 12
so i pull out my phone calculator (Which is a scientific calculator) and mine comes up with 7
I THEN ASK HER TO EXPLAIN THE DIFFERENCE
How can one calculator give 12 and the other give 7
Obviously 1 is wrong
SHE IS STUMPED
Now watch this......
She tells me that she's been using that calculator forever, it can't be wrong
(THIS IS FALSE LOGIC)
I explain to her that her calculator performs SEQUENTIAL MATHEMATICS, meaning when she puts in 1+1 then presses X (the calculator performs the calculation to that point, hence it will display 2) then when you enter X6
it is effectively calculating 2x6 which is 12
where as a scientific calculator WAITS for the entire calculation then when you press = it APPLIES BODMAS and calculates is all
then i said, that's why you are getting my orders wrong all the time
Now after all that
SHE CONTINUED TO USE HER CALCULATOR
Instead of getting a scientific one
See, this is how people are when it comes to their bible,
They see it as a personal belonging they have a psychological connection and YOU CANNOT TELL THEM THEY ARE WRONG, god forbid
so Proven mathematically ... She still uses it to this day
think about that huh ?
Amen.
Agreed. Shalom Israel.
@@marcelogaye8874 what bible are you reading from?
I see what you are saying but another way of seeing it is to say that the current separation of God's place and ours will be dissolved
The ancient conception of natural cosmos and heavenly kingdom had a lot of crossover.
Agreed
To my knowledge there are three heavens. The heaven that surrounds earth is our atmosphere. The heaven that is the universe (that keeps expanding) and the heaven where angels and God exist in. There may be more than those three, however.
It seems we will go to heaven for seven years, Then we will come back with Him. I believe based on scripture I'm not listing here. I believe heaven for seven years, earth for a thousand years, and the New Jerusalem after that. Once in the New Jerusalem, not sure if we will be visiting heaven too.
BRUH I JUST READ THE WHOLE BIBLE AND I WAS LIKE AM I THE ONLY ONE WHO KNOWS THIS?? God bless yah fr🖤‼️
Only 144,000 are taken to heaven; the bride and Co rulers with christ.
Thank you for creating videos like this. It's amazing how many people don't know this. But, it's been in there all this time.
I've been saying this for years. Heaven is a construction site of our new home on earth.
Fine Job! Exactly what ive been telling others and preaching!
Heaven is coming to Earth!
can you elaborate
Heaven is ear on Earth already. You just cannot see it. When you pass away, your spirit will come out of you. You will see a white light and a tunnel
God is with us right now. Matthew last chapter says lo I am with you to the end of age!
Yes we also believe that the kingdom of God is the central theme of the whole story, right there with you brother
So refreshing to hear this!

Matthew 28:20 NIV
And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age .”

Yes, I want to believe that this is the truth. It does not make sense that we will just be spirits hovering around in a non physical place.
Great observation!! I see it that when the new Heaven comes down to the new Earth that it's the Altamonte Marrage between us and God, together as One.
I dont care what happens when I die. What I do care about is sharing with others about what Christ did for us. What happens after is up to the Lord God.

Don't want to go to hell but......I have asked God through his son Jesus Christ to allow me to die peacefully. Today had hard time breathing. Keep praying today will be the day. The description you gave of metal in you further shows your bravery. I won't describe the symptoms I have but if you look up actor Harold Ramis who was in movie Ghosbusters he died of autoimmune inflammatory vasculitis.
If
The soul is our flesh body.
@@rockandsandapologetics7254 I’m not arguing with u. If thats what u want to believe, believe it. I read what the bible says on and about the soul.
Atm the spirit returns to God who gave it. At the end those who are saved will come back with Jesus with a new glorious body
That make sense I’m a have to pray about this 🙏🏾 ty
Well done!
BINGO, just found that out myself 12 years ago, eye opening :P
@@stevencrouse167 Thank you for that, brother. That is what I have been envisioning, but perhaps could not articulate or substantiate it.
@@vinniec5286 Not a problem, brother!
Do your research and you’ll see that paradise could be a part of Hades as hell has many levels. You have to read interpret cross reference know the meaning of different languages and do your own research don’t just listen to preachers.

You are getting closer to truth and I agree with most of what you said
I can't express how much I agree with your description of things to come.

I would say we do go to heaven or "paradise," but that it is just a waiting room in relation to the final judgement.
Please address two things:
1) to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord, and
2) what happens in the interim period, or immediately after death.
I've been confused my whole life about how we're going to heaven vs new heaven and new earth, Idc though as long as I'm with my Jesus I'm happy!
We’ll said!! But the question remains, the people that pass know where do they go.

(Eph.4:4; Colossians 1:5 ) " For the hope which is laid up for you in heaven, whereof ye heard before in the word of the truth of the gospel;"
Indeed, Jesus will NOT be coming back to earth, for Christians will meet Him in the air, and be with Him forever when He returns. (I Thess.4:17) No one verse teaches otherwise!
John 14:2 "In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. 3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also."

I quoted the final lines of the Nicene Creed merely to point out that, even as late as 325 CE, the notions of Heaven and Hell were not yet integral to Christian belief.
Man does not HAVE s soul.

We do not want you to be uninformed, brothers, concerning those who are asleep, so that you will not grieve like the rest, who have no hope.

There is nothing new under the sun....all they spoke of has been written in that book for thousands of years.....have you read it?
@@trea319 Yes, of course, I have read and studied God’s Word for 35 years but I find that I’m still learning from His amazing words to us. And, it does say that in the Last Days knowledge will be increased, and to me, that would certainly refer to His Word, not that we would make up new scriptures, no way, but that as every human hears the gospel as it says so in the Bible, then knowledge is increasing. Usually people ascribe this to science and all of the discoveries we’ve made in the last hundred years, but in my mind, it isn’t limited to science but knowledge of the Creator Himself.
@@sandraressel2262 you speak of the latter day rain....
@@trea319 Do you see Bible prophecy being fulfilled almost on a daily basis?!
[The following verses clearly indicate that Resurrection to Life (and the gathering unto Him) will be at the end of the thousand year reign of Christ from Jerusalem when the heavens (first heaven - where the birds fly and second heaven where the sun, moon & stars are) are no more.]
Job 14:12-15 > So man lieth down, and riseth not: till the heavens be no more, they shall not awake, nor be raised out of their sleep.
[The fallen created gods and their minions in Hell who can never again come to faith - Luke 16 below) and unbelievers living at the end of Christ's millenium reign make their final attempt to war against God (Revelation 29 below) and are then forever cast into outer darkness and away from the presence of God.]
Luke 16:25-26 > But Abraham said, Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivedst thy good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things: but now he is comforted, and thou art tormented.
Believers spared from the final wrath - 2 Thessalonians 1:8-10 > In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ: Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of His power; When He shall come to be glorified in His saints,

Unbeliever = those that claim to be made in the image of God.
the kingdom of heaven is within you
The immediate departure of a soul & arrival into heavenly bliss is a Catholic/ pagan myth.
Plainly written for all with eyes to see, "death" throughout the Old & New Testament is described as "sleep".
As when Jesus told the apostles that "Lazarus sleeps"... meaning "dead".
So, when do the chosen get to rise?
"Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice and shall come forth;
they that have done good, unto 1) the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto 2) the resurrection of damnation." John 5:28 - 29
In these plainly written two verses in the Gospel of John, the numbers "1)" & "2)" are added to exemplify what is often overlooked, namely that there will be two resurrections.
N.B. scripture talks of two separate & distinct resurrections.
54 So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory."
Off the top of my head for e.g. "... the dead in Christ shall rise first." So, if one is not "in Christ", one will not be part of 'rising first' AKA the first resurrection...
A great number of other Biblical quotes that contradict 'a common Christian' belief (actually pagan) that "there is no break in consciousness at death."
Such a belief echoes the first lie ever told to mankind (relating to the state of the dead) by the serpent to Eve, "Ye shall not surely die."
Gen 3:4.
For e.g.
"So David slept with his fathers and was buried in the city of David" 1 Kings 2:10
"Lest I sleep the sleep of death" Psalms 13:3
"There is no work, nor device, nor knowledge, nor wisdom, in the grave whither thou goest." Ecclesiastes 9:10
"The dead praise not the Lord, neither any that go down into silence." (death) Psalm 115:17.
Now wouldn't one think, if there is no break in consciousness at death, that the dead would at least be praising God for their new found gift of eternal life? (Nope, because they're not there yet.)
And what about Isaiah 38:18 and Psalm 88:10-12 "For the grave cannot praise thee, death cannot celebrate thee; they that go down into the pit (grave) cannot hope for thy truth."
Even King David, hasn't ascended into the heavens, why? because he awaits for the resurrection. Acts 2:29,34 states this plainly, "Men and brethren, let me freely speak unto you of the patriarch David, that he is both dead and buried, and his sepulchre is with us unto this day." 34 For David is not ascended into the heavens:"
Etc, etc. there's lots to learn, and what about the term "the second death"?
Cheers!
Keep the faith!
All of this! Yes! Thank you!
WOW you hit the nail on the head guys, I thought this is fantastic that you have told the truth how refreshing but a few things concerns me when you talk about birthdays? Isn’t birthdays,Christmas,Easter, New Years, and more all pagan celebrations? Which God HATES? Thank you very much for your teachings & explanations. God bless you!
Jesus is the sabbath, there was no sabbath for the first 1500 years, No law had been written till Moses. The sabbath was given to the Jews, Ezekiel 20:12, not the gentiles. It was a law unto them.
