More appropriate title would be "Harlaxton College tour, including secret and forbidden areas" 3:11 First secret door 5:28 "secret" door 8:34 Hidden staircase 11:00 Forbidden area 12:52 "Out of bounds" area 14:31 Door leading to "secret" passage 16:54 Door to "hidden tunnel" 20:44 "hidden" corner 21:39 "secret" place, door handle with plaque
I used to always think that the interior of the manor was portrayed in the haunting movie. I was in love with those opulent interiors until I realized they were just sound stages made for movies scenes. It would be nice if such houses were built with all those high ceilings stairways and hallways. Still a lovely place.
many secret doors at Harlaxton, because in fact, the 1st owner Gregory Gregory did not want the servants, laquets and other house workers to be seen by the guests during dining receptions. What is strange, is that this man built such as big and only lived there for 3 years before dying old without children. It s a fantastic manor dedicated to art, architecture and beauty.
I have wondered what Harlaxton's interiors looked like and happened to clicked on this video out of chance and was pleasantly surprised. Could I suggest adding Harlaxton Manor to the title; I'm certain many other people would love to see this video - the views seem very low for two years online and the quality of the production. Thank you.
Sooooo, nobody's going to talk about upside down crosses spray painted in the area where the monks prayed? I think I saw a pentacle there too Er, pentagram? I can't remember if it was upside down or not WHAT KIND OF MONKS ARE WE TALKING ABOUT HERE
This is NOT a video about secret place s but more a touring video. Change the name of the video it’s very misleading. And show more on the “Secret “ places.

Happy 50th anniversary. Perhaps a tv documentary should be made to celebrate and showcase this wonderful building
