- For the upcoming wax melting challenge in August I thought I’d continue the series of rooting through a portion of my wax to fulfill daily prompts for melting.
This month I wanted to use up some bars that I call call my “Big Bar Priority”. These are the scents I have the most of. After that I’m focusing on retail wax clams and testers.
I usually warm ahead for the challenge so I can fit in Tester Tuesday reviews. I typically switch areas that I warm the wax so I don’t have to pull any wax out of warmers before it’s run its course.
I have 6 “zones” that I warm wax in.

This made me laugh. I think before I just hid the extra stash. Now at least everything is readily accessible. And bonus - Ive depleted my stash almost by 25% in the last year.

Thank you! A few years ago my coworker showed it to me and was looking to sell it. I knew it would be good for my tester stash. I like how you can move around the drawers because they are interchangeable

Gotta deplete the bars that I’ve obviously been hoarding
That was fun think I will try it. I rearranged by bars and brinks put them in an empty dresser it’s tall but not that great for clothes. But it was great for my bars. Until I found another box and small tote. My husband said why don’t you get some more of those smelly things lol. So I guess I will sort through the ones that don’t fit in the dresser and start a big melt fest.

this fall/winter i want to try and focus on older bars/bricks 😊 and just go with mainly Cold sniff with what goes in the club for later.
I think I’m clubbing high risks for never returning and chancing many “likely to return” ones.

July went by fast
Love the choices .. Ravenclaws a wonderful wax . We in R2 have a 24 hour warehouse sale on right now , so I’ve stocked up on a whole load of autumn and winter bars . . Also ordered 6 bricks .. as they were such a bargain . Ready for cozy jumpers and winter nights even though it’s over 30 in uk today . . I’m melting 🫠 😂 . Thanks for sharing . I love picking out waxes for the coming month 😊

@@PatriciaG-NosetoToes they were in a bundle of 3 … caramel chestnut , icicles and evergreen and orange spice and everything nice … I ordered 2 bundles as I love 2 out of the 3 and the orange spice one is ok . 👍

I enjoy watching you choose for the challenge though I never participate myself. My personal wax melting challenge right now is to use up as many ‘summer’ bars as possible. As much as I am trying to be more judicious in my bar buying, I still took leave of my senses with the change of seasons and over bought in anticipation of spring/summer melting 😂.
I think we all know the words “over bought”🤣

Love it! Where do you get the small stickers the dates are written on? I love your videos!
At my dollar store they have rectangular white stickers in the school aisle. I cut them in half. (I had some circular ones to use up as well also from the Dollarama but there are less of those in my stash)

I’m melting the new minions scent today. I think it’s the best Scentsy banana scent. It’s definitely candied banana but I think the lush palm gives it something different.
Mine says Friday but sometimes it arrives 1 day early with Purolator. Can’t wait to smell
@@PatriciaG-NosetoToes upon warming. The first 2 hours are different but then same old bananarama I think. Nothing terrible but and I like banana scents but is it worth an extra dollar? Probably not.
