The ICOM IC-R30 portable receiver set up as an analog/digital Police/Emergency scanner. I’ve noticed it scans up to 200 channels a sec. It has Bluetooth too!
@@radioscans3597 Your lucky. Here, even a lot of Ambulance and fire Brigade are P25/II and encrypted. The stuff that's not encrypted is hardly worth listening to.
I love my R-30. Do it all radio

It would be useless here as just about everything is P25/PII and encrypted, and this is Phase 1 only. Otherwise a nice receiver.
There isn't any P25 II used in my area. Not much encrypted either.
