- Back in 2021 this little song was started. It has gone through so many changes and it took over 15 project file iterations and lots of sleepless nights trying to get it right.
This is not a perfect time but it is definitely one of the most catchy tunes I've worked on to date.
This tune is called bittersweet and it definitely carries that vibe along throughout!

For those who keep associating this song with "bubblegum":
Bubblegum was a song that I did on my own, SVRGE was not involved, later on that project got lost along with a couple of other projects because I managed to corrupt my windows install which had the projects on the C:/ drive, lot's of people liked it though including SVRGE.
After a couple months we attempted to make a tune together and tried to kinda "remake" the original Bubblegum but together this time, I personally did not like the result we got, because you can never recreate a song perfectly, it did get leaked at some point as a "bubblegum remake" so people started posting it on youtube mixing it with the OG bubblegum, couple more months went by and SVRGE hit me up again and asked if he could finish the song himself since he really liked the vocal chops I did, and I agreed, in reality this song is it's own thing unrelated to bubblegum (asides the reference in 1:57 which SVRGE added after the fact)
It did turn out into a banger, good job
Thank you for explaining 🙏 the small reference around 1:57 was supposed to be removed but like before the project corrupted and that was the lastest render I had. But this will definitely help more people understand 🙏
