Argentinian beef is grass fed, quality raised cows. US does have grass fed beef, but it’s not the standard, it will say right on the package if grass fed. Butcher shops may have grades, cuts, not found in grocery store or meat sourced from local ranch, even butchered on site, then can get exactly what you want.

Completely agree. It was not at all what I expected or wanted in taste and the texture was weird, too. Very disappointing.
I won't buy it as it tastes too artificial to me.

I think it’s more meant to bake with not eat out of the jar it needs to melt I think it’s delicious when making apple hand pies!
