- Shohei Ohtani's former interpreter, Ippei Mizuhara, pleaded not guilty as he arrived at court with his lawyer before arraignment for stealing $17 million from the baseball star and now faces 33 years in prison.
Ippei and his lawyer were seen at the Edward R. Roybal Federal Building in downtown Los Angeles.
