The beach is so inviting and the weather is gorgeous . Great seeing new restaurants opening just in time for spring break . Miami has alot to explore thanks for the tour .
The place is certainly less crowded than its southern cousin....the beaches and the shopping arcades are nicer to walk 🚶♂️ 😀 sunny sojourn in Florida...thanks AK for showing us around...

Those abandoned buildings are being abandoned on purpose. They either have to restore them to their original architecture or wait until they are a public housing hazard so they can tear them down. They plan on putting high rises there.
People cursing...loudly in the street, abandoned buildings, shoplifting posters hanging outside shops...collapsing buildings. No thanks. I'll take South Beach any day and I don't love SB! lol Glad I got to see this because I've always wondered how North Miami Beach was due to low prices of accommodations.

I really enjoy North Beach! It's unlike any other part of Miami Beach. I really hope they can save those buildings.
