- North Beach is a neighborhood of Miami Beach known for its old-school architecture, mom and pop businesses, and relaxed atmosphere. It is mainly residential and more low-key than South Beach, but has a lot of charm. In this video, I walk through the boardwalk and explore many of the businesses along Collins Avenue.

Those abandoned buildings are being abandoned on purpose. They either have to restore them to their original architecture or wait until they are a public housing hazard so they can tear them down. They plan on putting high rises there.
People cursing...loudly in the street, abandoned buildings, shoplifting posters hanging outside shops...collapsing buildings. No thanks. I'll take South Beach any day and I don't love SB! lol Glad I got to see this because I've always wondered how North Miami Beach was due to low prices of accommodations.
The Ocean Terrace hotel block is slated for demo and it’s in a lawsuit…
