I was so intimated and nervous to try this. Finally today, I decided I was up for the challenge and the unknown of inversion practice. All I ca say is "Wow Idk what I was so nervous about." I was in good hands the entire way. Thank you Cat for ispriring and taking care of your beginner yogis. Lots of love
I am a former college athlete and am comfortable upside down (which often puts me in the intermediate level) but I am still working on control and the minute strength to hold and control inversions. The various levels and options were *perfect* for finding where I was while still getting to explore. Thank you!
I can't get into a headstand or handstand but still really enjoyed this flow and slowly gaining strength! Thanks Cat for always giving options for total beginners - I never feel left behind :)
Love this flow, I definitely need someone to tell me to stay in dolphin pose for longer. It's such a good way to strengthen the shoulders and will hopefully help me in finding some balance in pincha one day.
The review of how to hold the shoulders and the tip to keep the head down instead of looking forward allowed me and my not very flexible shoulders stay in forearm stand longer than I ever had before! Thanks!
I’m a yoga teacher and I’ve been working on handstand for years! Your guidance to elevate the shoulders really clicked for me! Thank you so much! One question - with that elevation, are you also hugging shoulder blades toward the spine? Thank you so much! Namaste:)
I love how you break down each pose for those of us building strength and flexibility. When doing headstand practice, it does not feel great on my neck. Is there something I'm doing wrong or maybe that I could do differently to alleviate the "pain in the neck"?
Avoided this one for so long (read: longer than a day), but finally found the courage to try. I get quite anxious with head stands and hand stands although I can do them against a wall, so it‘s really out of my comfort zone. But sometimes one has to go out of the comfort zone to grow:)
It occurs to me that this practice would be great followed by the arm balance flow earlier on. I think next month I'll spend time mis-matching Yoganuary practices! 😂👌🏻😘

I have never seen anyone teach an inversion class that fully incorporates everyone! I loved it! I directly subscribed!
Thank you Nadine! xx
Day 23 Done! ...why do handstand & headstands make so happy and joyful?? It never fails. Thank you Cat!

It was a nice flow of chakra meditation. Giving us the colours of each chakra and visualise what we need to focus. Brilliant Cat, thank you.
23/1/24 The much I could do was a dolphin pose. It was cool seeing Cat Meffan performing the inversions so effortlessly. Namaste 🙏🏾
Oh, will I ever be able to do what you do? Love the challenge. x

Great flow - thank you Cat! But it didn’t get your explanation about the shoulder position when doing the head stand - could you explain again please?

Love your channel!!! Could you do more intermediate/advance flows please? Thank you!
I have been practicing inversions, but this was the first time I was able to balance (after getting help from the wall) in dolphin...thank you!
You are the best thing that ever has happened to planet earth!
can someone please tell me which yoga is this considered as? vinyasa?
Love hate relationship with dish!! Love love love this video! First time I lifted into pincha without pushing off with opposite leg! ❤️😘🙏
💕 love flowing with you cat, helps with my home practise so much 👍🏼
The dolphin is incredible, such a shoulder strengthener. Practising my tripod headstand.
I'm beginning to see some stability in pinchamayerasana. Must be all those dreaded dolphins at work. Thank you Cat for pushing and inspiring.
Every time I try to do headstand I can hold my legs up longer each time. Thanks for this practice

i did it!! I did a tripod headstand!!! yaaay me :)
Awesome as always! Thank you Cat :)
i don't get it when you say ''lift up through your shoulders", I've been meaning to tell you in since a few days now.
AMAZINGGGG
¿are you born in england?.
Should my head touch the floor on dolphin?
no
If your head is on the floor then you're slumping into your shoulders too much. Keep the shoulder girdle activated. It's a tough posture.
Great going👍. Stay 💪.
Awesome inversions!
The dish whaaa!!!!
Thanks a lot
I seem to get nauseated when doing inversions
Hi i'm from brazil :)
