My neighbors at my old apartment would fight all the time too. One time they got into a drunken fight at 1am and woke me up. I went outside and pounded on the door and they went quite, I yelled that if they didn't open the door I was calling the cops. I worked 12 to 18 hours 7 days a week my neighbor called weed petrol on me so I deep tilled my lawn for 3 years they called time after time weed inspector laphing sead no weeds .😊
