Thank you for watching today's video! As always I'd love to know what you think of this week's topic! Hope you enjoy and I look forward to connecting with you all!
Good video. I've been looking into no bulls shoes but I never run (I do stationary bike for cardio) and got a sick deal on reebok nano x's (65$ per pair and I got two) its hard for me to justify 150 bucks.
Hey, two for one on the Nano X is a steal haha. My favorite CrossFit shoe so far. The Nobull Runners are fairly priced if you’ll get decent use out of them! You may be able to find them used online to try out (a point I forgot to make in the video)
@@docksloan I had a pair of trainers for a while that I got used as well, I liked them but I guess they run small as my normal shoe size I felt so constricted and tight
They look good and are relatively comfortable depending on your style. I have switched to barefoot style shoes and now find anything with an elevated heel to be pretty uncomfortable . feels like I'm in cushy lifters and I can feel my arches slowly dying haha
Was looking into getting the No Bull mesh runners. I have some what wide feet, but do own a pair of Brooks that are medium width. I find with any type of running shoe to go a 1/2 size up anyways. Do you think the No Bulls would still be a good fit? Will use them for light runs and gym workouts as well. Sorry for the long comment and thanks for any feedback. Subscribed!
As with any shoe, it’s very individualized. I don’t have particularly wide feet and found them to feel rather crammed for me liking. I suppose there’s no harm in ordering and returning if you don’t like them 🤗
✔️ thanks for sharing the information and thanks to the people's comments; I was considering to purchase a pair but I don't think they will be a good fit for what I am looking to do. Thanks again
If they feel good on your feet then I think so! Depends on if you like a more narrow shoe or have been conditioned to barefoot shoes vs. cushioned shoes.
I think figuring out what’s causing the plantar fasciitis is probably the more important play, then try shoes that are more conducive to natural foot motion. I think a local shoe store could help a little more specifically with a gait analysis :)
No shoe really would be on its own. A better question to answer is how can you optimize your foot strength and overall health independent from your shoes first, then look at how you can change footwear to meet you along the way.

Thanks so much for your quick review. Very helpful. 😊👍🏿
You’re so welcome!
high quality video for sure! keep it up!
Thank you!
What do you recommend for 3+ mile running and intense Calisthenics I’m going to boot camp soon and I’m looking for a pair of shoes

@@daveyadict_ yeah I feel you there. The more room my feet have to breathe, the better.
are these shoes comfortable for just going out? wanna use them for cardio but still they look very good for "style"

Def not worth it. Had knit and rip stop. Midsole is way too hard

I’m glad this helped!
What about shoes for casual 5k running maybe 12 miles a week?
If they feel good on your feet then I think so! Depends on if you like a more narrow shoe or have been conditioned to barefoot shoes vs. cushioned shoes.
Is the shoe good for getting around amusement parks?
It could be!
What’s a shoe you think would be good for a nurse working 12 hour shifts?
Great question! Lems Primal Zen or Primal 2 would be great as well as the Xero Prio
How is the traction? Interested in sprints on grass, possibly something sometimes in wet grass (morning dew).
They’re decent! I would use cleats for wet grass sprints personally
Too narrow. The wide Nike Pegasus 38 or 39 feel amazing and are a better value IMO.

@@docksloan Thank you so much for responding! Sadly, all of the ones that I’ve tried are faking it until they make it. They’re not well trained.
That’s a huge bummer. I have a friend who has a flat foot due to a surgery and just started wear the On Cloud 9 I think.
$150-200?
They be tripping. 😂🤦♂️
Bouji is as bouji does 😂
Are those zero drop?
Nope
@@docksloan but the trainers are
I think they may be 4mm. I’d check on the website.
Narrow toe box....im out!
Haha me too!
Would these be helpful for plantars fasciitis
