@@amjancar become worse, that suit you? And yes, fastest Indy - simpler in aerodynamics and slower then slowest F-1 car today. Oh yeah, Indy is trash, oval is joke.
People keep saying this and I have no idea why. Is it because it got smaller? Because of the return to conventional endplates? F1 has had both of those in the recent past so why make the connection to Indycar?

Finally smaller front wings. Now all we need is for refueling to come back for the last 2 years of this era. To truly push these engines and see how damn efficient they can actually be.
People are saying it’s gonna be too slow in the corners and I think you’re forgetting the active aero allows them to run a much higher downforce setup than usual without the rest of the car’s performance suffering nearly as much as it would with the current regulations that with the new endplates which teams can angle at a way so it generates downforce while turning will keep cornering speeds relatively the same

Red Bull slept on the Laurels and allowed everybody to catch up to them hoping that they could sneak through with another year of minimal investment and this package so they can focus on the next package. Not that Red Bull was cheating and now that they can't cheat all of a sudden they can't win which is insulting to say that Mercedes Ferrari and McLaren weren't capable of actually doing their jobs and competing it's just Red Bull can't cheat. No one appreciates how good the current cars look. Best since the 97 cars, which were the last to have slicks for 12 seasons. The new front wing is a throwback to the "early" standardized V8 era 06-08 cars. Except this will be a glorified Formula E/F2 car hybrid. F1 is finished barring a major revamp. WEC is where it's at, proving all the naysayers wrong. Manufacturers bringing large, mostly sounding engines, great looking cars and excellent racing.
How they know what will happen in future.? Really asking. I'm new to this. And if its already decided that this will be better then what they are waiting for?
That's what happened back in 2017, the cars got super wide for their huge floors and wings, the problem with that is the increased size means bigger wake which means harder to follow, and wider cars make it easier to defend your position which further reduces racing I guarantee a championship has been lost due to the cars width so far.
