    Liver Fry - Pepper Liver Fry
    Ingredients:-
    Chicken Liver - 500g
    Onion - 3
    Tomatoes- 2
    Cumin - 1/2 tsp
    Red chillies- 4
    Turmeric- 1/2 tsp
    Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
    Green chillies- 7
    Chilli powder- 1 tsp
    Curry leaves- 2 sprigs
    Coriander powder- 1 tsp
    Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
    Pepper- 1/2 tsp
    Garlic- 7 cloves
    Coriander leaves- 1 bunch
    Salt - To Taste
    Oil - 2 tb spn
    Water - As required
    Method:-
    In a kadai add oil, cumin, red chillies, onion, salt and sauté it till golden brown colour. Then add turmeric, ginger garlic paste, curry leaves, tomatoes, and cook it closed till tomatoes turn soft. Then add cleaned liver pieces , green chillies, chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, little water and cook it for 5-7 minutes on medium flame. In a pestle add pepper, garlic, coriander leaves and crush it. Add this masala to liver masala and toss it. Adjust salt and add 2 cubes of butter.
    Serve it with Rice/ Roti
    Can be enjoyed with drinks too..
