Certainly a testament to your extreme welding skills, confidence and craftsmanship you possess. Many of us street rodders that hold down dissimilar day jobs simply do not have the skill or time to perfect such skills that are required for this swap. With that said, it is reassuring the aftermarket companies are now supporting swaps such as this to make a transition like this possible. Keep up the great videos. I really enjoy you breaking this down for our comprehension. You never mentioned the engine you're going with. Obviously you would not go to all this trouble for a small block, which after all, was the hallmark of the pony car's supreme handling capabilities and storied trans am heritage.

Watch a couple of the later videos featuring this build! You are correct that it does not have a small block.

It looks like the metal under the sub-frame braces was ground smooth and Not anti-rust treated before welding on the braces! Is that a long term good idea?

Stacey David I wish you would build a 1996 Bronco from Frame Up that would be so cool to watch

I guess that people don't know bout swapping Boss 429 Shock Towers gives you more than enough room for Bid engine swaps and can save you many thousands in your build . Relocating the upper control arms helps with handling also . I like things simple and direct because most people can't afford the mods you are doing or have the skill to do them . Pie in the sky Cougars are not in reach of most owners and chopping up a solid car seems to be a travesty .

Hmmm… First time viewer. I’m glad to see a few short minutes of actual content interspersed with RUclips ads and lengthy infomercials. Not likely to return. 🙄

@@Primus54 The creator also has to pay the bills and is not doing diy mousetrap videos or braiding paracord bracelets.
Some of the builds here pass $100k and every time there is some ignant whinging about commercials and why don't they do videos for free with no ads.

@@swampcritterisbackbaby1740 I’m a capitalist who has no problem with a reasonable number of cost-covering and profit-making advertisements… the keyword being “reasonable”, which I admit is subjective. My opinion is based upon thousands of RUclips videos I’ve watched from hundreds of creators, most of whom rely on RUclips as their primary source of income.

That big engine would work better for a 3/4 ton pickup truck for plowing and/or pulling especially with the torque that the engine has
