With this video, I tend to help those people who have a habit of taking a car loan without even assessing if taking some other loan instead could save them some of their hard earned money. Hope that the discussion made you learn something new today ❤
Hello sir, can you also make a video on education loan, I know that your main motive behind these videos is to educate but a video on how to take education loan at least interest will help many.
Sir please make a video on what all expenses can be 100% deductible in businesses, for i.e travel, furniture etc
Sir where is the English version of this vedio...
I am a grade 4 central government employees and I want to take a car loan
So can I apply these method Sir please help
Query 1 : Should FD already be there with a bank which the family member will have to close?
Query 2 : In this case we are sort of taking loan from the family member, so, at the time of claiming the interest deduction how will we show that the loan has been taken from my father? Any documentation to be done for that?
This is exactly what CA students study in CA Inter FM subject in the name of Capital Budgeting.
Sir this is a very good application of the book knowledge, I never thought it from this perspective
Also now I can relate what one of my tutors told us in class
It was to interlink the subjects and think on a broader perspective
This video combined both taxation and Financial management subjects
Very nice explanation sir

I am an engineer yet I have an interest in finance therefore I love watching informative content like this. As inflation is soaring high and affordability of houses slipping out of hand, can you make a video on how it can be easy/affordable for middle class people to buy a house?
It's getting out of our reach as salaried class pay 20-30% tax. Add to that GST on expenses, after that hardly any money for EMI.
@@deekshantbelwal1269 true bro. I don't know if Sir. Sahil Jain has seen this comment or not but I hope he makes a video about buying homes.
Just rent and buy when you have the money to pay in full. It's not permissible to indulge in interest based loans.
@@Shabaazs yes brother I know. Just like Sahil sir explained how to buy a car using tax laws in the same manner I want to know how can we buy houses cheaper by using laws.
by leaving india and working in abroad.
Hands down, You are the Best Professor one can have!
For whom there is the tax of 40%? I believe in India highest tax slab is 30% and 4% of cess which makes it ~32%.
On paper the concept looks good but in practical life it mostly does not work. It is hardly possible that I have so many expanse at the same time.
Also, one major thing is missing is the tenure of the loan which also makes a lot of difference.
Also, if numbers and figures were taken practical it would have given more clarity.
Individuals who have an Income of Rs5 crore or more need to pay a 37% surcharge, so the effective tax rate would be 30+37%+4% cess which amounts to 42.744%
Sir lekin mein car ke liye home loan leta hoon to bank vale to direct developer ke account mein loan amount disburse kar dete hain ye hamare paas nahi dete
Sry to say sir with the due respect Im passing this statement.Sir ur doing professional injustice with CS and cma students by not teaching taxation to them we really need a kohinoor like u in the respective profession.
Pls consider it sir 😭
Very kind of you to say something like that. I’ve been trying hard to launch a course for you guys as well but haven’t really been able to create the modules as of now.
I’d rather delay the launch than start teaching in a sub-standard way which does injustice to the faith that you all put in me.
@@TaxationWithCASahilJain sir pls make a case study on Vivo's tax evasion matter.
Sir please make a video on Tax implementation of RUclipsrs, please sir please
I've heard they pay about 40% IT
60% of Indians don't speak Hindi can you make the video in Hindi or at least give CC in English.
Your technique sounds good theoretically but, impossible and impractical in real world implementation. Because the Bank will only disburse the funds to the Builder or Dealer in case of Home Loan or Car loan respectively, not in your account. Moreover, even if you manage to get the funds in your account, there is a clause in the agreement you need to sign before getting the funds which says you will only use the funds for the mentioned cause. There could be implications if you misuse the funds. Don't think the Bank is fool, they know these loopholes already.
You’re misinterpreting what I’ve said. Nowhere have I said to use the Loan take for a purpose towards something else.
I’ve said that take the loan which has least effective rate and use it for that very purpose for which you took the loan.
Use your savings to meet the other expenses. Hope I’ve cleared the confusion.
Housing loan are given on plots also by the way of construction .
His videos should not be recommended to science students 😒. Seriously u ruined all his hard work.
He didn't say it.
@taxationwithsahiljain
You are saying take the loan with least effective rate.
But that is highly conditional rt? What if I have dont have to buy ev or commercial vehicle- then ur 3% car loan thumbnail has no meaning. It was just a clickbait for me.
Respected sir,
Need more videos from you regarding same content ( Direct and Indirect Tax )

Sir ne bna rakhi hai ispr video u can watch that
Father lone -100% interest
He speaks at 1.5x speed by default
After watchin all your popular videos, it seems there is NO MAJOR benefit for salaried class who earns 20lacs CTC and doesn't have car lease option from company.
Again in this video, you referring loan from dad but what if parents don't have that amount of money?
Ok, can NRIs avail tax benefits?
From what I noticed, tax benefits are claimed on income tax.
But I don't work in India. So, how would this work for me?
Sir what if I've to take loan for buying a car but due to better loan benefits on taking loan for house, I take loan in the name of house but use it for buying a car(for tax benefits ofcourse). Will i get caught? If so, what will be the consequences?
I don't know but it is horrible, just to take tax benefits u are losing the best investment opportunity. Just see the real estate investment growth.
Also if u take a loan for a house that means it is for a very big amount and u r using amount from it to buy car what about remaining amount.
Also, banks can verify our present progress of construction. They may also hire the value of the construction process if they find that u r not working for purposes of loan and may default in the near future.
Just to save a few percent, u are losing a house.
I have a doubt. Suppose I need only car loan and nothing else. Now suppose home loans are cheaper than car loan. But why would the bank give me home loan when I need a car? Is it even possible?
So, there is no way of Saving on Car Loan if you are employed and not buying an Electric Car... 😐

I am a Science student but I love watching your videos.

Boss. FD is simple interest. Loans are compound interest.. Big big difference in interest costs.
I mean to say that there is a very large difference in taking from family member and loan from bank. Can't compare as you did in the end..

Hi sahil please create on a video on company lease car for corporate employees… how leasing works and can employees retain the car post lease period ?
Sahil Ji. Have been on ur videos & channel since time now.
Am service rendering person since last 22 years.
Can u educate us on types of fringe benefits that company can pay us so that our taxable component comes down and salary take home increases.
Our CTC is good, but take home is less - primarily due to no fringe benefits & other due to performance bonus attached.
I remember i used to claim drivers salary & petrol expenses years back.
Pls suggest / guide whereby minimum evidences/ exhibitions are required for availing fringe benefits.
Thsnk you Sahil. Keeping rolling more content
