Yes, that would be correct in spoken language. Finns mainly use these short words "mä oon" when they speak. "Minä olen" is formal form.

En osa puhua! When you use 2 verbs in one sentence the first verb is the only have to inflect to the personas and the second verb must be in basic.
Minun means "My" in english while the Minä is "I".😊
