Great curb appeal. Gardens are lovely and easy to maintain. Nice starter home or retirement home. Nice size kitchen. The bedrooms have alot of closets. Only thing I would change is the carpet.

This looks like a neat, well-kept home in a neat, well-kept park. The rooms have large windows for lots of light. Aside from some redecorating (like the living room carpet) it seems to be move-in ready.
