They can't be themselves out in public. It has to be as people would expect a prince to act. Sad.

That boy of 4 should already know how to behave, he is unruly but nobody is training him to act civil.. Sticking his tongue out at his mother should never be allowed but obviously he is used to it.
Princess Charlotte looks so much like the Queen. She has many of her mannerisms. It must make the Queen smile.
Greetings from Texas. I’m 82 and loved the entire Jubilee. Children with their innocence always steal the show. Prince Louis what a joy you are.💕

Having all the royal children part of the event made the jubilee even better than it was. It's wonderful to see them interact as a family and the close bond they have.

all were adorable. I liked that Prince George dressed like his father, Prince william. Charlotte is funny, I can see Diana and the Queen in her. but LOUIS.....hilarious, even got a smile from the Queen!!!! August, THOSE BLUE EYES......

CHILDREN will be children! Whether at weddings, picnics OR even at the Queen's Platinum Jubilee!! They provide smiles (and periodic chuckles). It's also the passing of the baton for the future.

Love the Cambridge Kids! Prince Louis is a handful, I can tell, but he’s got charisma. George and Charlotte are very well-behaved, which speaks well of their parents.
Well to be fair the children go to a very expensive school in addition to PW & PK being amazing parents! They are very blessed!

@@heidig22 I think you have no children and never visited an event with them which was more fore adults. Louis got bored and acted out, its hard for a four year old to sit down for such a long time. So he looked for an occupation and of course mom is the first adress. It has nothing to do with aggression or rudeness. He was just bored .

I thought they were adorable…loved it when Charlotte stopped Louis waving in the carriage..he took no notice..Charlotte also nudged George to straighten his arm during the National Anthem on the balcony on the last night..Delightful children 👧

I think every parent and grandparent is encouraged by the behaviour of Prince Louis. We can see that our own four year olds are not so out of line on formal occcasions! Katherine is so wise, she touches him when he gets too excited.. a valuable trick for Grandma's like me !

Some people seem to forget that Prince William and Duchess Catherine rightfully try to delay the introduction of their children at an early age to large crowds and have been pacing the exposure for good reason. This was such an exceptional occasion that Prince Louis, who has had very limited exposure to large crowds, was included. The crowd, the noise, the lights, the staging and the length of the program were challenging.
I love how Princess Charlotte always looks after her younger brother, Prince Louis. ❤️ So adorable

It lightened my heart to see all the children, not just the Cambridge children, experiencing the new and receiving love from their families and the public. They helped me enjoy the Jubilee that much more by seeing it through their eyes.
For a child his age (4) probably bored and tired, Louis behaved very very well.

I live in Texas and I feel as if I was at the Jubilee the entire weekend. It was just so awesome to watch. The best part of the Jubilee was seeing the Queen.
It seems like yesterday I've watched the royal marriage videos and here they are with adorable royal children. Time flies really fast, in no time we are going to see them growing into young adults.

I’m so glad that the Cambridge kids had such a wonderfully fun time. It was a breath of fresh air to see them amongst the walking Royals. Little Louis really did steal the show. He is such a cute little guy and only four years old, people excepted him to act like a saint. It's wonderful seeing the children! I know their appearances are strictly limited so they don't get tired, but this was an exceptional weekend, and they did very well!
I loved their reactions at seeing Great Grandma with Paddington. That was a highlight of the whole Jubilee for me!

@@dotregan1506 There was a short video of it (a ten second clip) but all the links to it are broken now. I don't know why, but there are pictures of their faces in articles about the Paddington skit.
@@dotregan1506 You are not alone and I have been searching to see their reaction. Hope someone highlights it because I cannot imagine how thrilled they were to see their Great-Grandmother entertain Paddington Bear.
