@@brucemcelroye5054 Absolutely nothing against her personally. I truly wish that she can make the necessary improvements to be better in the ring. I watch NXT every week and did not perceive Lyra as somebody who is ready for prime time; especially since her moves lack the illusion of impact and speed. It always feels like that she is too afraid of accidentally hurting her opponent.
I’m all for a heel Kofi. It works well for the Testament and refreshes Kofi and Woods. This has being injury riddle but this KOTR has be entertaining.
Damage CTRL is dead. It was Bayley’s group. She’s out of the group. Asuka is injured. Sane and Dakota get no reaction. Sane and Asuka should be aligned with Shinske . Dakota and Iyo should be solo acts to broaden the women’s division.
You hope so, because any feud involvement with Kross, unfortunately, has not done much for who's he feuding with.
Gable now has wins over the last 2 Intercontinental champions, but neither time won the belt.
More intrigued of the idea of Gable dropping the IC title to Otis than Sheamus. Feel like they could stretch that IC chase for Sheamus all the way up to his retirement match. They did Otis dirty 4 years ago killing his angle with Mandy dead and taking the briefcase off of him when there was plenty of time to figure out a successful cash in for him.

Lyra vs. Iyo was a good match. But when you have Ilja, Tiffany, Carmelo, heck even Jade as new talent in this thing. The fact that Lyra was the one to go to the finals was, questionable.
The Gable/Otis stuff is interesting.
Going against the grain here, but I preferred Liv tonight over Becky. At least Liv is TRYING new stuff. Becky’s promos have gotten rather Super-Cena like recently and that is not good.
Maxxine was the standout in the tag match. So of course she got pinned. Also no Alba and Isla? 😡

I don't think it's questionable at all. They don't want IIja to face Gunther for the first time on the main roster in a King of the Ring tournament match. Carmelo is not beating Randy Orton this early in his main roster call up. Jade is a babyface and she's not facing Bianca as of yet, who is also a babyface and her tag team partner. Lyra as the babyface advancing to the finals to face Nia Jax is David vs Goliath. The booking isn't questionable lol

I hope Triple H doesn't subscribe to that stupid logic that 2 heels can't win. Just do what makes sense. However, if they aren't having 2 heels win, then unfortunately, Gunther probably is the one losing because it makes absolutely no sense for Lyra Valkyria to be winning Queen of the Ring at this stage of her career. Lyra barely beat Iyo, she fluked her way past Iyo. She won't fluke her way past Nia. Nia can take this momentum into a title match against Bayley, and Orton can win to build to a match with Cody at SummerSlam, which we know is a feud that is going to happen eventually, and since it's not happening at WrestleMania, it's probably happening at SummerSlam since there's no bigger stage for it. I have Gunther winning because of Orton's knee, but if they're gonna subscribe to that stupid "we can't have 2 heels win a heel gimmick" thing, then Gunther will lose. Plus, with how political and nepotistic the Anoa'is are, with Jey not winning the tournament, they're gonna push for Nia to win it.
@@Kratosx23 Triple H already subscribed to that logic otherwise why didn't he book Io to win tonight, because he had booked Gunther to win in the main event, also Lyra wining QOTR at this stage of her career is absolutely fine, she can win and they can do Becky vs Lyra at Clash of Castle in Scotland which sounds more interesting than Bayley vs Nia over there, Bayley vs Nia can happen at MITB and Nia doesn't need to win QOTR for that
