Sadhu Sadhu.It is wonderful to listen to a very important part of Buddhist meditation.It is found in many a suttas that this kind of bliss should be encouraged nurtured and not to be feared for.Thank you Bhante for making it look so easy and much merit to everybody who organised this and uploaded it.
This is so far the best dhamma talk I have heard on how to meditate. It is very easy to understand, very practical and very well presented. Sadhu! Sadhu! May the Noble Triple Gem bless you!
