    I know you'd like to increase duration watched on your vids, but key takeaways at the beginning of your video and timestamps would change the world!
    plenty of time to deep dive into research afterwards

      Thanks for the feedback, Tobias.
      It’s such a hard balance to give as much value as possible, while making the science as simple to understand and actionable as possible.
      Still trying to find that perfect balance.

    And what is hes Hr for his training zones ?

    • @NicklasRossnerPT
      @NicklasRossnerPT  Месяц назад

      I'm not sure but I would think he use training zones based on lactate thresholds like most pro athletes these days. Then combine that with HR and percieved level of exertion to get the most accurate assesment.

    No new Info. Basic runner Knowledge since the 80s. 👎

    • @NicklasRossnerPT
      @NicklasRossnerPT  Месяц назад +4

      Strongly disagree.
      Sure, for people who are in the space this might not be new. For the 99% of recreational runners who don’t spend their time in the weeds like the rest of us, this is new knowledge that is important to know.
      And things have changed a lot since the 1980s by the way. Back then runners did not do strength training and the emphasis was on high mileage above everything else. Today elite runners are far more data driven.

      Not new info is another way to say tried and true. I would rather see someone repeat the basics/fundamentals and get them right than to see some influencer shilling whatever the fad is right now that doesn't really help.

      How bizarre. It's like the human body hasn't evolved in 200,000 years. Also, as someone who was actually around in the 80s, no one was training like this then!
