i looooooved 'a lady for a duke'! thanks for recommending'the duke gets desperate' too! i've been reading bipoc and lgbt regency romances and recently finished 2 courtney milan chinese-british regency books (the devil comes courting and the duke who didn't) and loooooved them because i felt so seen. i also have olivia waite's 'the lady's guide to celestial mechanics' which is a sapphic victorian romance.
