Love this conversation!! It's ironic..that other printing company should totally listen to your podcast. There is NO WAY I'm working with them after a couple phone calls with them, it was so scripty and pressured and acting on assumptions instead of listening to me. Then after such a horrible first couple of impressions, they did hard hitting repeated attempts to intice me (after I said remove me from all lists). Working with your company I feel like I have a friend on my side, and I'm glad to bring you more business. Your YT channel is so generous with practical insights and encouragement.
I've been an an active duty aircraft mechanic for 11 years in the airforce and you're right. I'm getting out in a few months and I'm freaking out. That's why I'm here. Not very many F35s in the civilian sector to fix.... There is a week long course now called Transition Assistance Program and they teach you what to do as a civilian and how to write a resume.
Join CBP they’ll take you in a heart beat, you might even get in as a GS-11 with your previous military experience. Life is tough these days I’m changing my career path and plan on doing Border Patrol. I like structure so I’m hoping it’s the right move for me.
Jake can you send me some examples to my house that I cna look at so I can design something nice? Maybe you have like 3 or 4 different types of post cards around that you can send me?
