Knowing how houses are build , the prices are ridiculous people don’t care about quality durability just investment , comparing standard homes build in USA /Canada vs European it’s completely 2 different things , it’s like high quality leather shoes vs Chinese fake shoes , if Canada build houses like in Europe the houses would cost 10 times more !!
Cheap wood frame houses , paper shingles roof , $1.5 million , need constant maintenance or the house will come apart , stupid water or humidity will destroy the house ,
