      Different jurisdictions have different rules; many prohibit possession with felonies but allow for misdemeanors. My thinking is that any DV should prohibit one from owning a firearm or ammunition. Anger management classes should be required. Attorneys should know the rules of where they practice.

    He's lying about the benzos and opioids. Those two drugs are out of the system, in urine, in 24 to 48 hours. I know because I was an RN in the ER for 8 years, and practiced critical care for 25 yrs, and psychiatric for 6 years. Years overlapping due to overtime wherever I wanted to work. BUSTED

    • @jenx5870
      @jenx5870 4 месяца назад +1

      Xanax stays in urine for up to 5 days, and Vicodin stays in the urine for up to 4 days, give or take a day, depending on weight and food ingestion, etc. RN for 28 yrs and chronic pain patient. He's still lying about having taken them two weeks ago, but it doesn't necessarily mean he was using them actively that day or the night before. The issue is, that he is using those medications without a prescription. If he requires the use of those meds, then he needs to speak with his own doctor and get a prescription from them. Then, he would be able to legally use them. If he has anxiety and chronic pain, then there is no shame in that, he just needs to go through the proper, legal channels. If he is using those medications to get high, then he needs help for his addictions. Either way, he is getting the help he needs now.

      Depends on how much you're using, how often, and for how long. I am an addict (been sober for a decent amount of time now) and although I was never a fan of benzos, opiates were my drug of choice and I would pop positive for opiates like 5-6 days after last use sometimes. Of course, I was also using heavily in large doses and 24/7, so that's probably why.

      That's how long it takes to work, then peaks, then it's effect begins to wane. The drug itself stays in the urine for up to four days. I have been an RN for 28 yrs, and I am a chronic pain patient. Benzodiazepines like Xanax take up to about five days to leave the urine. Both will leave the blood in about 24 to 48 hours.

    This judge has become my favourite - Judge Bryant has been going on a rant - bordering on a sermon

    The drugs he blamed his dad for giving him two weeks ago only stay in your system for up to 4 days. Im sure the judge knows this.

    A vicodin he took a couple of weeks ago still showed up in the drug test? No! One Vicodin will be gone in a few days. I hope he gets his act together for his kid's sake.

    The first guy was just dumb thinking he could say he’s not positive except for weed and even that’s ignorant since it’s not legal in Texas! You have to know a decent judge is going to look into what you said. So why lie..? I think some people are just so used to being deceitful they start believing what they say lol!
