I have followed my habits in this way:- 1. I awake up in early morning near about 4.45 A.M. 2.I have been practicing yoga and exercise upto 1 and 1/2 hour including physical exercise and pranayama with swami ramdev since 2007 3.I am doing my as usual duty work from 10 A.M. to 5 p.m. 4.I am a small business man and doing computer data entry operator since 25 years 5.I am earing two times in a day one is at about 10 A.M. and another one is 7 P.M. 6. I am going to bed at about 10 P.M. positively every day. 7. Now my age is 53 years there is no any serious health problem 8. My habit is to see motivation videos, learning videos from youtube to enhance my quality of life and also eager to learn more and more about health, money management, stress management etc. etc. that the above rules and habits followed by me since 2007 Madam you tips and motivation helps to others Jay jagannath

Rightly said mam. Music is a very good stress buster. You will just flow with it and forget all your unwanted strees. , thinking. Surely your principles we should follow.
Hi Dr Devika, I was also a sports girl in my school life, I have so many sports certificates in games like Kho Kho , throw ball, kabaddi, short put, etc, I was also a ncc cadet in my 9th and 10th standard, I was in traffic training police, I used to read a lot of story books, novels comics, chandamama , Amar Chitra Kathas , illustrated weekly magazines, etc, I too love doing exercise, I don’t like to eat life long medicines, I too love visiting different places but my friends don’t want to go anywhere 😊

I am from Gujarat but I am staying in Kerala I have loss my family in Earth quake in gujrat I and my daughter is live that time we where in Mumbai my husband expired in Mumbai.
Mam,m one small doubt daily I am going to office Bshift 14:00 to 22:00 timings but I am reached to home 23:50 my sleeping time is 00:50 so daily I am wake up morning8:30 that is practing breathing exercise I think time correct or not , so I am thinking wakeup at early morning 4am practice breathing exercise after yoga again 6 am to 9 am sleeping correct or not give suggestions mam this is helpful for So many members, please do video or comment please mam
Hi Devika. I was watching your video on the Kanha Vanam center _ a Spiritual Center. When you showed us the dormitories. I was shocked to see 124 beds in one rom. Did you see how thin the matress was? It looks like a prison. Imagine if there were a fire in that room in the middle of the night. How would they evacuate all the people in panic ? There are so much space. Why dont they built something confortable for all there guest the paying one and the ones who can't pay? It's shocking to see the difference between your flat and the dormitories. Could you speek to that Mr Karuna about that? Maybe he could do something. It looks like a prison. It's so sad to see the gap between rich and poor in such a place where there shouldn't be any. Are you going to talk to Mr Karuna about the staying accommodations at the center?
