@@mmc1086 you don't need to stop eating, just eat low calorie food and skip high calorie drink. Put what you eat in a day in cronometer or calorie counting apps to understand how much calorie you typically consume daily. You don't need to do it everyday, i did it once for curiosity and check if there's micronutrients imbalance. There's also plenty of free resources on forum/youtube. Just start small and simple so you won't be overwhelmed with all new info. I'd say start with only drinking water, not soda/starbucks/juice/etc. Most people won't gain a lot of weight from food, but they drink their calorie.
Hopefully Kalli is smart enough to understand that she should change her eating habits after surgery. Manifesting she sees these comments and takes a different path to maintaining her results than Trisha did. If you look back at her old channel Rockerbarbiie, she used to eat VERY healthy back in the day. Why does people continue to eat unhealthy foods and do liposuction while at it. Looking good is a lifestyle not a quick fix. It's better to be on a moderate lifestyle do not deprive your self of food. Then when ur body begin to look the way u want then go consult the doctor and continue on with your moderate journey. If they insert fat under the muscle, then yes fat can potentially get into the bloodstream and cause clots which can cause death. No matter what, all surgeries can go wrong for one reason or another. But again, that is only if you’re not going to a board certified, professional surgeon. My surgeon and surgery were great, I healed very quickly. Probably gonna do a second round, too. 🥰🥰🍑
You can eat right and workout and still how loose skin or extra fat that needs to be removed. Years ago I lost over a hundred pounds and I've kept it off. I'm 5 6 and I'm 130 lb and I still have skin that needs to be removed. Be careful not to judge everyone and put them in the same boat. At the end of the day everyone needs to do what's right for them not what we think they should do.

This may be a dumb question.. but why not just do it the natural way when you know you can and have in the past? I know this is quicker but isn’t this less rewarding then really changing your lifestyle and eating habits? I’m not trying to be a dick, I think plastic surgery is cool but this just seems like the lazy easy fix
I think some of the issue could be like......when you hate how your body looks, it can be really depressing and hard to gain the motivation to diet and exercise. So a quick improvement like liposuction can give someone the self-esteem they to get back on track and start being healthier. I mean, as far as we know she's already eating an amount that allows her to maintain her weight, just not lose it, and when she gets the surgery she'll continue to eat the same and maintain her new weight. Also I feel like she's said she's had issues with disordered eating in the past and the sort of restriction required for weight loss can be really triggering for someone who's been down that road before and there's no guarantee they'll be able to stop restricting once they reach their target weight. And also, lipo definitely changes your body shape in a way that exercise never will
