I see at 11:44 in video that Alice encodes 0 using 45 degree polarizer and Bob decodes 0 using 45 degree polarizer. They are using compatible polarizers yet the compatibility line shows an X meaning incompatible (and to discard the bit). I believe your diagram should read the first bit as compatible and the bit included in the key. Could you please recheck the slide? Thank you.
