Jesus didn’t tell anybody hold on tight, hopefully you’re depression and anxiety goes away soon… Jesus delivered people from anxiety and depression, Jesus set the captives free, Jesus never proscribed pills nor sent anybody to a phycologist… I don’t know what you’ve been going threw but Jesus Is the answer to all our questions, problems, doubts… Jesus and to wrap you in his love ❤️

Our local high school had a teacher suddenly leave. I spent nearly three weeks helping make sure the psychology class didnt fall behind. I wish I had found this in time to cover depression and Beck's cognitive distortion. This goes directly to the idea that we arent depressed based exclusively on things that happen, but our thoughts about those things. No matter how you feel in the moment, remember it's just that moment. What's important is to take a breath and look at the world around that's full of people who care for you.
I have a friend who suffers from mental illness and I sent him this song, letting him know this was exactly how I felt about him. After listening to it we both cried together simply because the words conveyed all that was needed to be said. Thank you so much for your music, it has helped us in so many ways.
