- During this years Goodwood Festival of Speed I have filmed Sebastian Vettel driving Nigel Mansell his old Williams F1 FW14B. A special moment for all those fan, me and ofcourse Vettel himself! @@Beneluxsupercars F1 died as they froze the reglement, so Hamiltion and Merc can dominate the F1 and still dont Michaels record or reach the admireation of the fan of the level of Ayrton Senna... They tried to get the dark coloured one and the firm, that was 100% for this electric bull crap, to break all the records. And they didnt got the job done, because Red Bull discovered a generational talent in Max Verstappen... And they the leverage of leaving, if there are no new cars... And as soon as the new cars arrived, everybody saw the scam of the past 7 years... F1 is a joke... IndyCar, Nascar, Supercars and MotoGP have overtook the lame F1 crap...

The most beautiful race car ever made. 10 years old, watching my hero, Nigel win the F1 world championship. What a time! I got to meet him nearly 10 years ago at a book signing. I was still in awe as a grown man.
I think the Jordan 191 runs it close for best looking F1 car
Nigel is still my fave driver of all time. When he was on a charge, him and the car merged and the car took on a body language of urgency. I have never seen any other driver control a car in that manner ever. Super nice and gracious person Saw him at the Toronto Indy outside a restaurant and wished him good luck and he thanked me. That car makes current F1 cars seem like Toyota sedans in comparison.

@@jkim6200- the Jordan 191 was gorgeous I agree…but I still preferred the 1992 Lotus 107 that Hakkinen and Herbert drove. The Larrousse LC93 from 1993 was lovely too

The Renault V10. So smooth. After 30 years it runs like a silk waterfall. The car seems so well put together. Must have had a lot of prep and hard work to keep it like this.

Fw14B was Mansell's 1992 championship winning car. It had active suspension and was subsequently banned the following season.

It's great to see that he actually drives It and it's not sitting in a museum I really miss those old F1 car's and the men that drove them, good times long gone

Great to hear that car again. I remember getting up REALLY early on Sundays to watch F1. I heard about the active suspension and how innovative it was. I really didn't appreciate how advanced it was and how beautiful the sound was. Good to see Seb has it. 👍👍🏁
It's probably the most advanced F1 car in terms of suspension and overall tech. The current ones have some serious features like energy regen through heat but are about to ditch it to reduce weight.

Wonderful. This is how F1 cars should look and sound. Plus the livery of the sponsors much better than todays boring cars. F1 of the late 80s and early 90s was the best. It all went downhill after that tragic 1994 season. Never been the same since

F1 was still awesome until 2012, one of the greatest seasons ever, and the NA engines were still running.
1992 season's car. I was 3, on my dad's lap in front of TV on Sundays, watching F1 with him. I didn't understand crap, because I was too young, but I'm glad he made me watch this with him ^^

I had the privilege of watching this man since he was some teenager test driver for BMW Sauber. Knew straight away he was world champion material. And now he's retired with kids. I'm not a big fan of his other stuff 😜 but F1 stuff I'm a huge fan💯
Amen, this is how F1 should sound, I remember going to Silverstone with my mum in 1997 and darn it the sound was earth shaking, shook you to the core, the way it should be......RIP modern F1

This brings back memories! But it reminded me of late 1986 at the local honda dealership Derek Warwick honda in Southampton. They had the car that Nigel won at brands hatch that year on show in the showroom (I think it was the FW07) As a cheeky 15 year old, I asked the sales.manager if I could sit in it.. so right before closing time, he agreed!! Many years ago, but I will never forget it!

Great car! Mansell was cool! I saw the 1st victory of Michael Schumacher in Spa 1992 ahead of Mansell 2nd and Patrese 3rd. I agree with you it is one of the best looking and SOUNDing cars ever!

I think Ayrton Senna was the greatest pilot ever because he raced aganist this beast and sometimes could be ahead of it. Gold F1 times.
