Hi Andy love the channel, I had the privilege when training as a chef to work in our local Indian restaurant, for the first 12 months chef wouldn't let me near any cooking, so I done 90% of the prep, with the yogurt to get the correct consistency strain the Greek yogurt through a cheese cloth first, this makes such a difference , best to do this over night in the fridge, once you've tried this you won't use normal greek yogurt, supermarkets are starting to sell indian Dahi yogurt

Just a heads up, Andy. There's concern about the use of foil wrapping of foods. The aluminium foil tends to give food a slightly metallic taste. To prevent this, wrap the food in grease proof paper, then put this in the foil wrapping.

Don’t worry mate he’s an idiot, I’ve had it for months, I’ve told him many of times to cool it, he reckons he’s a chef, he’s no more than a chef than I am, he couldn’t even cook a pizza in the oven without burning it, complete idiot, anyway he’s gone now happy days thanks 👍
