Brilliant video. I’ve stood on Peterborough station many times and seen dozens of trains thundering through like this. Very exciting. Thank you for posting.

Great Video, I really enjoyed it. I need to film at Peterborough again soon, the extra platforms certainly have changed the appearance of the station!

Any idea where the class 90 was headed? I saw that loco at Leeds on a London service not long ago.

Dreadful the vegetation all over the infrastructure. You never used to see that so exstensively years ago. No one seems to care anymore about the railway, even the government.

Its a shame virgin lost it now GNER own the trains again but atleast GNER is a better company

No its not a shame, it was inevitable. And its LNER not GNER. LNER is just the brand being used by the government for its DOR franchise since the privatised franchises have failed repeatedly.

Lots of variety of different rolling stock on the East Coast Mainline! Here on the Brighton mainline it is all modern EMUs! I guess the ECML will eventually be dominated by EMU's rather than locomotives, once the class 801 and 800s introduction is completed by the end of 2019!!!
