the paved oval that we race on is a quarter mile from start to finish, with about 10 degree banking, which is very high for that small of a track, and yes there is a lot of passing, the front end doesn't matter, as long as it's adjustable and rolls very well, the rear end is what makes all the difference, on this track you need to roll through with as much rear end grip as possible, because you will have to drag race down the straight, and since it's rear wheel drive, the power must be planted.

thats a pretty good looking little track, and i see what u mean by no passing, front wheel drive cars don't gain momentum, thaerefore they can't pass easily, thats why nascar does'nt use them, the paved oval i'm goin to race at soon is Huntsville Speedway (Alabama), and the dirt track is Moulton Raceway (also in Alabama) look them up sometime.

I don't know about up north but down hear in the south the short tracks are still not bringing as much competition as they did back in the 90's, I have a dirt track and a paved oval close to my house, the dirt oval keeps racing up until 2 a.m. sometimes later, the paved oval won't go past 11, used to be a field of 30 or more mini, pro, and buzz stocks that would race at the paved oval, and at the dirt oval, everyone wrecks before the main feature.

yes plants are coming back that explains why our unemployment rates have not dropped below 19% since 2007, and we have a lower minimum wage because the cost of living is differnt, our minimum wage is $7.25 per hour, I don't know what it is in Canada, but seeing how when I see a book at books-a-million, the label says that the book costs more in Cananda, so therefore your financial system is different.

our minimum wage is national I think, however the cost of living is different across the country, were I live in the south, the cost of living is at its lowest, going North it get a tad bit more expensive, and going out west it continues to grow, I believe California has the highest cost of living, so the wages might be higher there, but I would like to see what your talking about on American made products, I really have never seen many products that are not food from the U.S.

So you don't use any products from "Corporate America?"
    That's what I thought.
Sponsorship is the only way this sport gets seen by the masses.
    Thanks for playing.

without "corporate america" we would be lost, I am sure you use "corporate america" products, you watch t.v. i'm sure, you use the internet, you use shower shampoo, you eat food, you pay your bills and taxes I hope, and without sponsorship, we would'nt have NASCAR now would we? where would the money come from? and besides, this parade is all in good fun, i'm sure if you were a kid you would love it, or your future kids would love it.

If you haven't noticed, organized labor or "labour" as you would have it, has basically killed manufacturing jobs in the U.S.
Where's the good in that? Are the unemployed folks better off because your loving and caring union bosses continue to screw you into the ground? I think not. Don't buy the baloney; it's poisoned by your idols.
